We checked at 10PM with kids tired and sleeping on each of our shoulders- during checkin the staff was over the phone - then have to hang up as i have some questions - keys given to us didn't work and have to wait 10min for someone to show up with a alternative key . They also tried but didn't work , then brought temp key and said will bring another key and when called he says he is busy and to come front desk and get it . Very poor service-+ the bathroom was dirty . Overall very bad experience. Pls connect and i can show the dirty shower tap pictures. , night we asked for extra blankets and that also come to the front desk and get it . Very bad

Hotel was under construction so it was very loud during the day tough for our kids to have a rest between games. Room was in rough shape. Pool heater wasn’t working and the breakfast was less than expected

The hotel itself is in very poor condition. The pool has green algae growing on the floors, musty smell and poor or possibly no ventilation. Our room was clean. Flooring was replaced and bathroom was clean but did not have a ventilation fan for the shower steam which made it very humid after using it. The pull out couch in our room was broken and not useable. When we discussed it with front desk we were told we could get cots for an extra $25 each which was very disappointing when we paid for a room for 4 ppl but only had sleep accommodation for two. Overall the hotel needs a serious facelift before I would stay there again.

We had a car so the locatuon worked for us. The room we had was extremely dirty and in need of serious renovations. Wallpaper was coming off, curtains were torn and raggy, etc.

Meh! The pool was broken down and cold. Our lock was faulty. Did not get our housekeeping request. Breakfast was blah! Not good value for my hard earned dollars. Sad. The place is getting old, not better. Staff did the best they could.

we felt we received good value for the money, good ammenities, good breakfast, beds were comfy and rooms spacious. the property is three stories with the entrance on the 2nd floor, if you have difficulty with stairs request a room on the 2nd floor as there is no elevator.
