Lovely hotel in a great location - far enough away from the hustle and bustle for it to be calm and quiet, but close enough to walk to the shops an bars in a few minutes. There were a few minor things which meant a 4 instead of 5 star review

Like so many hotels these days, the service is really average. I understand operator’s costs are going up which means fewer staff might be employed but i think the training or attitude of those who are employed needs improving.
