The room was well equipped, excellent bathroom facilities. There was no water in the room when we arrived, but the receptionist was helpful in obtaining it. The breakfast was excellent and we had dinner in the same restaurant one evening and it was also very very good.
The worst service, especially at reception, with very Rude behavior. Mr. Ahmed at the reception was particularly rude and unhelpful. Premier Inn, please take note of this. I have booked three standard rooms and ended up getting an accessible room. I argued and was still unhelpful. I will recommend not staying there. No INTERNET for 2 days. Most horrible. Hotels.com, PLEASE TAKE A NOTE.
The rooms werenât so clean. I stayed for 2 nights and the wifi wasnât working throughout. The AC wasnât also working. It was such a horrible stay.
We booked this one night stay somewhat last minute.
It is a Premier Inn so generic room, clean and functional.
Self check in didn't recognize us (we live out of country) so had to wait for an in person check in.
The surprise was the car parking fee...and the lack of space!
The skip taking up a prime (possibly disabled) space and the view of the red rubbish bins for the restaurant next door was not inspiring!
