The host misrepresented the location of the property based on the locator map. Hosts representative tried to tell us initially that it was the VRBO platform. VRBO said it was the host that needed to verify accuracy. Host finally admitted it was their fault. We asked for a refund and host refused based on house being located within VRBO policy of 3 miles. We opted to stay elsewhere based on the inaccuracy of the online listing and the poor communication with the property manager.
