The only real advanatge is the location. No breakfast items, rooms are 90's deco (no deco), loud drunken people out till 3am, loud garbage trucks early in the morning.

I have stayed here before and it’s a great location to Miami’s campus, My first stay was good. This time our check in staff member was rushed and gave the impression we were interrupting her. The door to our room wouldn’t completely latch and lock properly. Our room wasn’t adequately supplied with body wash, Kleenex or toilet paper. Finally the heat in our room was way too hot. I turned it down which helped. We should have changed rooms but we got in late, had to get dinner and had an early morning start to drive back home. I will likely try this hotel again. It just wasn’t a good experience this time. I did alert the staff member about the door so it hopefully gets fixed for the next person. I didn't mention the other things because I didn’t want to pile on a bunch of complaints and we had to get going that morning. I only want this review to help the hotel and not turn people away from staying there.
