Cette grande maison au bord de l’ocĂ©an possĂšde un centre multimĂ©dia ultramoderne dans la grande salle, une immense cheminĂ©e en pierre, des bibliothĂšques en noyer, de lourds plafonds avec poutres apparentes, des ventilateurs de plafond anciens, un Ă©clairage d'ambiance, des couvre-fenĂȘtres motorisĂ©s. Grande piïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœce ïżœïżœ cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine gastronomique avec des Ă©lectromïżœïżœnagers professionnels en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, des armoires en laque française, une table ïżœïżœ manger dans sa propre alcĂŽve, plus une chambre lit queen-size, une salle de bains complĂšte pour invitĂ©s complïżœïżœtent ce niveau. Amazing house right on the sand. Very private area, very quite beach. The location is great being right across from the marina as well. We walked for coffee every morning to the HoneyCup and enjoyed the marina areas while note hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach and water or being on the beach right out the back slider.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

The home steps out to a very wide expansive beach with hardly a soul on it. We felt like we had a private beach! The home is gorgeous and has a nice wide open plan. Plenty of space for a family and entertaining. It is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods and towels which we really appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean but the kitchen was not quite as spotless. Plus there are ants so you need to be very careful about leaving anything on the counter. We had a few things that needed repairs but Remax was super responsive and sent someone out right away. The 4th bedroom on the main floor is very stuffy and has no fan. We had to keep the windows open which are very hard to open but it is still hot in there. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved the gorgeous views, especially from the rooftop patio. The elevator was a welcome surprise that was very useful in carrying heavy loads to the upper floors.

Great short beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the sand and close to everything we needed. It made for a truly enjoyable and stress-free vacation. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Great Beachhouse

This was our second time staying in Oxnard, though the first time at this property, it is a great area. The house was lovely, can't beat the views every day staying right on the beach. Elevator (though the light didn't work, even after replacing the bulb) was key for us, as we had a family member who was recovering from a broken bone. We'd definitely stay there again!

But, this was a particularly enjoyable. My husband has some disabilities and difficulty walking. This was a 3 story home with an elevator that made it so easy for my husband to more fully participate in family activities.

Everything is here at the house from kitchen stuff to all the beach toys ie., boogie boards, kayaks, beach towels, bicycles, games & etc. Unlike most So, California beachs not many outside vistors on this beach, probably do to lack of parking for non staying folks, which makes for not alot of people, which is great! The condition of most everything in home is great and all in working order. The management was more than helpful & respondsive when we did have questions. Also great location to restaurants & other.

Reviewer Comments: ReMax Gold Coast -Andrea to be specific - left nothing to be desired for in providing this magnificent beach home for us for 10 days to act as "wedding Central" when my entire family (4 children, their partners and 10 grandchildren) came from Australia to celebrate their youngest sibling's wedding in nearby Camarillo! The other beachfront houses we rented for my children and their families were lovely but the Tuscan Villa had it all for my wife and I as we we able to use its full range of quality features to entertain. People from all over the world popped in as part of the "opening and closing" ceremonies of the wonderful occasion. The kitchen had every possible feature, the beds and the pillows were as good as I have at home ( we live on the beach in Australia so we set the bar VERY high!) We loved the lift that took our luggage all the way to our "penthouse" suite and were gobsmacked at how the Newmans had left all of their supplies to use including al the "toys" of the beach! The weather was superb, the neighbours were friendly and I got to know many of the staff at Ralph's! All in all, the best holiday home EVER! Why doesn't the survey allow for 6 stars???? One small thing - perhaps a detailed set of instructions on how to operate the TV, the tuner and the cable system with its full list of cable channels as well as the coffee machine - because we unable to take full advantage of these fine pieces of latest technology!! And once again, I can't speak highly enough of Andrea from ReMax - what a fantastic can-do customer service approach she has! We have a new friend for life!

Can see see forever from the third floor deck. Loved watching our granddaughter jumping the waves. One day the dolphins were so close while we were in the water. The sunsets were amazing. This house is right on the sand....perfect!
