The marina is directly behind property but really quiet. A walkway behind take you to main street that leads to dining and shopping. If you drive you are minutes from several different options. Con: renovation made it difficult due to noise, but work stopped before to late. The website did say reno but didnt know it would be that loud. It is coming out really beautiful. Did have ants around outside of door and near breakfast area but staff was attempting to manage. Maybe due to disruptive renovation of outside of building. I will be staying again.

Terrific stay. Sometimes when you travel hotels can start to blend together with just being "fine", especially when you spend most of your time outside of the room. Most people only really remember the bad ones and the ones that were exceptional. This was the latter. Exactly what we needed! Beautiful view of the sunset/sunrise, friendly staff (always appreciated after a long drive) and fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again when we're back for more of my favorite parts of California.

The view from our room of the marina was fantastic. Staff all over the grounds was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless although the carpet was pretty old, but clean.

We've stayed many times at Channel Islands Hampton Inn and will definitely stay there again. Our room overlooked the harbor, so we had a lovely view. There was plenty of parking and close to lots of nice restaurants. The breakfast they offer is also pretty good. Just a great place for a quick vacation.
