Perfect little cabin for our family of 3. Great location for visiting both Sunrise and Paradise sides of Mt. Rainier NP. Had everything we needed. Convenient location from town. We even saw some Elk in Packwood!
We arrived at this cozy cabin after a long day of traveling. Beautiful view from the deck for morning coffee and evening wine. Comfortable bed gave us a sound sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed. Gas grill was a plus for cooking dinner. Highly recommend this place.
This property is incredible, so well cared for and the host is lovely! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here. Getting to visit on the patio, around the fire pit, and in the living room of this beautiful cabin will forever be in our memories. Packwood is a great little town and thereâs so much to explore nearby! We hope to visit again soon!
Property was better than expected. We were in the area for a snowboarding trip. Property is close to town but feels secluded and very private. Would definitely stay there afain!
We had a great time at the cabin! Kids books and toys were an added bonus! Would love to come back for another stay. Close to White Pass Ski for an easy drive to and from if youâre looking for a place to stay for a weekend or day or skiing.
On arrival we were treated with a two point buck grazing on the lawn near the horse shoe pits. The cabin was comfortable and met our expectations. My wife's only issue was she felt the hand soap in the bathroom and kicthen were watered down. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor fire pit. Goves us reason to return.
This was the perfect stay to access Mt Rainier park! The cabin was cozy- we enjoyed the wood burn fire and views from the patio. Packwood is an adorable town too with options for eating and shopping. Would definitely stay again!
Enjoyed our stay at the Woolly Bear Cabin. Great location for seeing Mount Rainer National Park. Spent one day at Sunrise and one day at Paradise. Had just about everything we needed. We did cook some of our meals. My only negative is that there was no soap for showering. Listing stated there was soap in the bathroom, but handsoap is not enough.
We were so happy to have stayed at this cabin! Itâs a truly beautiful space and you feel like youâre all by yourself in the woods even though youâre part of a little community. We spent our mornings and evenings eating on the deck overlooking the mountains, and loved how at home we felt in what is clearly a very special family cabin. The beds were so comfortable and everything worked perfectly. It was very close to Packwood with several cute restaurants, brewery, and a supermarket. Getting to Mt Rainier NP was also a breeze. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Cabin was quaint and provided all that we needed for our hiking vacation in the park. Host left detailed information packet and responded quickly during the process. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The cabin was amazing. Well located and equipped. The feel of it was very homely and well loved. We especially appreciated all the additional information for hiking and other activities available in the local area. We received all the information clearly and in a timely manner which made the whole checking in process easier.
wonderful stay for a 3 day hiking trip to Rainier with my two kids. Great location, kids loved playing in the creek just down the road in the afternoons when we were home. Well equipped, loved the fire place and smore kits!
Cozy little cabin near Mt Rainier. We didnât spend a great deal of time actually at the cabin since we went to the park for 2 full days but it had everything we needed. Great location- has all the basics and lots of information on the park available to read.
