The host had great communication. The location was great fo quick trips to town, and in a pretty area. The house was very clean and it had many amenities especially in the kitchen. The fireplace was great and we enjoyed the games they had there. We would recommend this place if staying in Pagosa Springs.

Great area that turned out to be close to everything we needed. Really nice place with lots of room. But the biggest perk was how well stocked it was with laundry detergent, seasonings, soaps, and everything else you forgot you needed. Highly recommended.

Immaculate, Comfortable, and Exceeded Expectations

We had an excellent experience with this vacation rental. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer, which made it feel like a home away from home. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable throughout our visit.The location was another highlight—conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It also served as a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. Pagosa Springs itself is a charming town with a lot to offer, and we enjoyed taking day trips to nearby attractions.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly return in the future.

Another great stay

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a nice property in a nice location. Kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciate the large kitchen, large living room, and the desk in the master bedroom. The fireplace in the living room was great to take the edge off in the morning since we typically turn the heat down at night for sleeping. Our only recommendation would be to add reading/task lighting at both ends of the sectional. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great House and Location

The house and amenities were perfect. There were lots of condiments/spices/cookware available to use for cooking while we were there. The location was great for fishing locally (with a permit), and it was close to town/dining. House is clean and comfortable and easy to access by the door and garage codes. Would recommend!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you need is here - spices, cook ware, coffee, Kleenex, and even some snacks. Whoever maintains this place is extremely thoughtful and organized. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

Pagosa getaway

Wonderful week. Cute house. Plenty of room. And the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook your favorite meals. The views were beautiful from the front porch. The host kept in touch with us from beginning to end. Would stay here again.

The inside of the home was clean and well stocked. The outside needed some attention. The un working hot tub cover had blown off and laid in the grass until my husband picked it up. The driveway had dirt all over where the 2 flashers had been knocked over. There is a torn screen on front window. I reported everything to the property manager. The guy that put the garbage out never came back. Had long intervals without having communication with Lori. The A/C and furnace went out and were not able to be repaired during our stay. One of the main reasons we picked that place was for A/C. We needed to stay 2 extra nights and we were accommodated. The location was nicely located to where we were going.

Spring break ski trip

Beautiful home with absolutely everything you could possibly need!! It was super clean, cozy and decorated so nice. Perfect home to come back to after a day skiing at Wolf Creek. Mgmt company was also a pleasure to deal with and very informative. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful home and location

Thank you for hosting us in this beautiful home and neighborhood, it was just what we were looking for. We had everything we needed and more and the home was beautiful inside and out. This house is not in a crowded neighborhood, which we loved and yet close enough to town to zip in and out. Highly recommend.
