I checked into the Apsin st. cabin on Friday the 17th, at first glance it seemed like a nice little cabin tucked in near the river. Even though there was trash in the driveway, some dated from the 5th. The unit itself was filthy. Sticky spills everywhere as well as sand, hair, cobwebs and dust. I cleaned the refrigerator immediately before I put my groceries away. The next morning I was up at 5am cleaning the kitchen so I could make breakfast, utensils and dishes had been put away dirty. There was broken glass in the dishwasher, and no clean sponge to hand wash the dishes. I asked the property manager if they could drop one off as well as a vacuum, because the floors were too dirty to take my shoes off (these items were never brought). I cleaned for 8 hours before feeling comfortable enough to have my friend come join me. There were only 2 of us staying there and it was barely accommodating.
