Everything was just as advertised, was close to town, it was very comfy, and the steam shower was awesome. Our dog enjoyed his stay also, would definitely go back again

Great stay

From beginning to end, smooth process. Great location, close to town and activities. Rental was clean and just like it was listed in pictures. Had one small hiccup, but manager was very quick to respond. Also, love that our furkids were welcome! Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect mountain get away

We loved staying in this house during our trip to Pagosa. The house is nicely decorated with amazing bathrooms and all of the kitchen tools you might need. The house is also very calm and quiet and in a safe area. We loved that our dogs were able to travel and stay with us too. You won’t regret staying here.

Winter getaway

Stayed at the property over a long weekend with my family and our dog. The home was located in a great location. Minutes from downtown. The home had everything you could need. Very well equipped and very modern. Would stay here again.

Quiet Location Near Everything

Property is even better in person. Extremely quiet location with only a short drive to sights, stores and restaurants. Home was very clean, spacious, and as described. The ability to use garage was added bonus to avoid the need to clear snow from the car. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Home

We loved our stay in this property! It was very clean and well stocked. The loft space and extra bathrooms were a bonus that our teens especially enjoyed. The boot/mitten warmer, wine fridge, and steam shower were luxurious touches that we all loved. The management company was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This was the perfect mountain property for our family!

Pagosa oasis

Easy check in and the manager responded quickly to answer any questions. This place was immaculate! We have stayed at dozens of places around the country but this took top spot. We always love cooking our own meals. The knives were better quality than what I have at home, seriously. Yep, we loved this rental.

Wonderful place to stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at your home in Pagosa Springs. The location was perfect, in that we were able to play golf every day right around the corner and downtown was just a few minutes away. The beds were great and especially surprising that the bunk mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and such. Great Place - Great Location - Great Internet

This was a lovely townhome and quiet neighborhood - I worked the two weeks I was there and internet was up to par to stream plenty of zoom calls ect. Beds super comfy - master bathroom was fantastic from an awesome shower to zoned heated floors. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Easy access to all areas of Pagosa Springs. In general a very comfortable spot. I would recommend and stay there again!

This property was perfect for me, my spouse and dog! It was so clean and had everything we needed to make the stay memorable. The steam shower was relaxing after spending the day in town. Just beware of the neighbor across the way, he is nosey and will remind you of the rules.

Pagosa is special to us because it is where he proposed and we got married. After 5 years of visiting, this was by far the BEST experience and stay that we have had. This towenhouse was nothing short of AMAZING and top of line in all aspects. There is no mountain views but if you are looking to just relax and enjoy the town this one is perfect. We did see several Mule deer walking past our window this year which we are assuming it was due to lack of snow that has fallen.VIP Management company were also awesome with communication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is tucked away in a private, quiet residential area but minutes away from many stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The condo was stocked with many great, upgraded extras making it feel more like home. Even extras for your four legged friends. Both beds were very comfortable and for us that can make or break a vacation. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, with their own bathroom. This helped make the stay easier with our special needs daughter. The washer and dryer were a life saver! The steam shower and heated bathroom floor was amazing! Almost all of the lighting fixtures had dimmable features available and easy on the eyes up-lighting. We forgot our fans but the staff was very accommodating and provided two fans for us the same day. We will definitely be back. If this property is not available we will definitely stay with VIP's other properties. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This duplex was perfect for my family of six. It was loaded with ammenities that truly made the stay more enjoyable. The heated floors in the bathroom, the steam shower, and the ski boot drying rack really came in handy to warm us up and dry our our clothes after a long day on the slopes. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms offer privacy from other guests. There were also plenty of games available to entertain my younger children. The duplex is in a private subdivision but just a short drive to downtown and the springs. We would definitely stay there again!
