The house is beautifully decorated and invites you to relax, with plenty of space to enjoy indoor and outdoor. It offers 4 bedrooms, one with twin beds, two with double beds and one with a kingsize bed. Two of the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area feature fantastic sea views. Two bedrooms offer a beautiful garden view with its big, protected oak trees at the end. All the rooms are spacious and bright and make it truly enjoyable to spend time. Therea are 2 bathrooms, one is a modern wet room with shower, and the second a bathroom with bath tub and shower. The ground floor features a living room, a play/cinema room and a dining area within the kitchen. The cosy living room is tastefully decorated. It offers comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect to relax after a day exploring the Torbay area. The play/cinema room has plenty of space to spend quality time together. Toys and books for different ages are available and a large flat screen TV - the perfect room for everyone. The bright kitchen with sea views integrates a dining area with a table big enough for 8 people, a TV and a sofa. The kitchen has all standard items you might need to prepare/cook your own meals. The kitchen connects with the garden.

The large garden is surrounded by green and provides you with privacy for you and your family. It has a sandpit in an old wooden boat, a playground with a two floor playhouse, a slide, swings a trampoline for the little and not so little ones of the family, and a decking area with garden sofas to enjoy a delicious snack and your favourite drink. We can’t wait to welcome you to our beautiful house!
