Very nice hotel with great bay views. The room was clean and quiet, walking distance to all restaurants and shops, super friendly staff. the nreakfast was excellent for such hotel - big variety of cold and hot dishes, the only minus point is that the breakfast is only from 6.30 till 9.00 am

The bedroom & bathroom were clean & tidy, with a good air con unit in the bedroom. Staff were friendly as well. The hotel is in a great location in Paihia. The only minor issue is a lack of room safe, and the shower in the bathroom could do with an upgrade - just wasn’t powerful enough

The noise in the room from other guests was off the charts. There is a central corridor connecting the rooms and all the noise from kids, people talking etc comes straight under the door into the room. I barely slept
