Discover this charming renovated villa, located in the quiet area of El Golfet, in Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava. An excellent location for lovers of hiking and walking, with numerous routes leading to coves and coastal paths, as well as inland. The centre of Calella de Palafrugell is 1.3 km from the house, and the nearest beach is El Golfet, located about 850 metres away.
With beautiful open views of the countryside and a private swimming pool, the house blends harmoniously into the natural environment. Distributed over three floors and with capacity for eight people.
Distribution of the house:
Ground floor: one double bedroom and one full bathroom. The garage is not suitable for parking, but offers additional storage space if required.
Main floor (entrance to the house): two double bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to the main terrace.
First floor: a magnificent suite with a private terrace and spectacular open views.
The property has parking on the plot (garage not operational).

Traumhafte Lage, super Pool
Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Die Anreise auch zur Nacht war problemlos möglich. Das Haus ist freistehend, in der Vorsaison waren die Nachbargrundstücke nicht belegt, es war Abends super ruhig. Man bekommt zu jeder Tageszeit ein tolles Vogelkonzert. Der Pool ist ein Traum, super groß und hatte schon eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Die Beuleuchtung im Pool müsste mal repariert werden, ist nur noch eine von 4 in Funktion. Das ganze Haus ist durchdacht angelegt, es gibt immer sonnige und schattige Plätze, sehr windgeschütze Ecken und auch offene Plätze. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden. Einzig eine kleine Grundversorgung mit Gewürzen, Öl etc. haben wir vermisst, das geht auch besser. Die Agentur ist super freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell. Achtung, Badetücher sind auch bei dem Handtuchpaket nicht enthalten und müssen selber mitgebracht werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Prachtig huis op mooie lokatie, maar helaas niet goed onderhouden. Overal kalkaanslag, douche liep water niet weg. Schimmel op kunstwerken aan de muur. Buitenmeubilair gedeeltelijk stuk en heel erg vies, is aan vervanging toe. Deuren klemmen, zijn bijna niet open te krijgen. Er zijn geen schoonmaakmiddelen, bij apart te huren linnen en handdoeken zitten geen keukendoeken. Zwembad is prachtig groot en bed is goed. Heel jammer dat er niet meer aandacht gegeven wordt aan dit huis. Het is in deze staat absoluut het geld niet waard en de170 euro schoonmaakkosten zijn weggegooid geld. De informatie die de tussenpersoon verstrekt is niet up to date, zoals de Wifi toegang.
