Tres Agreable

Easy walk along seafront to restaurants, bars and lovely shops from apartment building back gate. Sheltered balcony overlooks beach. Very good covered secure parking behind apartment building. Be nice for them to provide bedding sheets, towels and a kettle.

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©, 50 m de la plage avec un accĂšs direct depuis la rĂ©sidence et Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied du centre. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture.La vue sur la mer est magnifique.La rĂ©sidence est calme.L’hĂŽte est trĂšs rĂ©actif et trĂšs arrangeant concernant l’heure d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part.On reviendra.

Prestations pas au niveau espéré , propreté passable

Gros bug sur la propreté ( cheveux dans douche , plaque de cuisson, chaises "de jardin", inconfortables, rouillées , stockées sur terrasse , donc à nettoyer , car pas d'autres chaises. Rasoir usagé dans meuble de SDB. Volet roulant qui descend en 5 mn . Accessoirement , vue mer .... sur 60 °. Rapport qualité /prix trÚs mauvais : pour trois nuits en janvier ..... Pas de geste commercial proposé ( pas demandé )

F1mal entretenu ,cher, dans résidence bruyante

Ce F1 dispose d' un sĂ©jour /cuisine avec petit clic - clac de120 cm, un chambre avec un gd lit et, cĂŽtĂ© oreillers, une porte coulissante vers le wc /sdb....pas pratique pour ceux qui dorment dans le clic clac du sĂ©jour... PropretĂ© des verres a revoir, Ă©pluche - lĂ©gume rouillĂ©, ouvre bouteille rouillĂ©, chaises (en metal ) rouillĂ©es ,porte fenĂȘtre entre sĂ©jour et balcon vriÄșlĂ©e, fils Ă©lectriques alimentant la box ÄĂ©nudĂ©s ! Liaison tel hs dans l 'appartement... Nb la residence est situĂ©r a 500 m du canal et non pas 200 m et la plupart des commerces sont situĂ©s rive gauche Ă  800 m environ. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©e, le quartier(rive droite) peu rassurant le soir..

Vue imprenable sur mer

L'appartement est agréable, spacieux, lumineux avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Il offre les commodités nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Il est situé dans une résidence de standing récente, trÚs bien sécurisée et calme. La terrasse et la place de parking sont un plus. On peut rejoindre le centre ville à pied en quelques minutes ce qui est trÚs pratique. Je suis satisfaite d'avoir fait le choix de cette location et la recommande.

Situation idéale et vue imprenable

Situé dans une résidence sécurisée trÚs calme de construction récente, la meilleure de Palavas, l'appartement est fonctionnel. On apprécie le lit en 150 avec sa literie de qualité et la grande terrasse. Le parking couvert est un grand plus, puisque le stationement est payant 365 jours à l'année dans la toute la station. Cuisine trÚs bien équipée. A recommander!
