Completely renovated and masterfully decorated to reflect the 1963 period, but with all the modern comforts including super-fast wi-fi, 5 smart TVs, and high-end appliances, cookware, and cutlery. Three bedrooms, plus a bonus room with a sleeper sofa provide plenty of room and comfort for two families.

The entire stunning backyard oasis was new in '21, complete with pool/spa, BBQ/bar, fire pit, dining table with covered patio, lights, ceiling fan. Walk a few blocks to Palm Desert Country Club and enjoy championship golf, evening drinks and live music on the patio, or take the kids down the street to the park with slides, volleyball, basketball. It's all here!
