Really enjoyed my stay

super cute place. By far exceeded my expectations. It is a dated property but that is all about what the area is, after all. Attentive young man at the desk. Quick checkin. Easy parking. Really great feel in the space. Close to the Uptown area.

Property is in reasonable, but not amazing, condition. The exterior of the property is well maintained, but the room was worn down -- the bathroom floor was cracked, the carpet was discolored. The furniture had missing laminate. But it was still a great stay. The staff were accomondating and friendly, the room and property were clean and I liked the location. We were a 10 minute walk to the fun part of town. The hottube was great, the pool was ok.

The staff was very kind and responsive. My first room had issues. After 2nd night they moved me to another suite that was better but for my last morning, the coffee maker didn't work. Fortunately there was a pot to boil water.

Very clean and less expensive than most. Air conditioner was reasonably quiet and worked well. Fridge and microwave.. Bathroom very clean and functional. Would have been nice to have some counter space in the bathroom. Overall much better than I expected from the price and photos.

There is no one in the office after midnight. It was surprisingly quiet but that may have been the fact that the window air conditioner was very loud. There is only one lock on the door and I saw a few shady people entering the property from the side door. They were younger. I didn’t feel particularly safe here. The bathroom was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable however the floor had bumps in it. I believe it had peel and stick flooring over damaged parts. The employees were kind of helpful but not very professional. Overall. I would say choose some place else to stay! The prices were also too high for what they offered especially in August.
