Such an awful stay!! The A/C unit in our room was not working properly and began dripping water down onto the carpet, creating a puddle that smelled like nasty dirty dishwater. We didn't know it was dripping until we turned it on when we got in the room after midnight, so of course it was too late in the night to call for service or to switch to another room. By the time we figured it out, the unit had been running for over an hour so even though we turned it off we had to listen to it drip loudly all night. To make things worse, since it was hot we thought we could just open the sliding patio door to cool the room but the screen door was broken so that didn't work. The pillows were also horrible, like they'd been washed in a washing machine and the filling got all bunched up into hard lumps - it was like sleeping on a boulder so we couldn't even use those. Which explained the sound of the common washing machine in the nearby laundry room banging around repeatedly like someone was washing an unbalanced load... at 4am! Maybe the pillows were in there, who knows?! As soon as it was light enough outside we packed up and left since we weren't able to sleep anyway. Would definitely not recommend!

When I got to my room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new key. That didn't work either. Ihad to go back again, they called maintenance and he could not fixt the lock so I had to be moved to a new room. Very annoying.

Start a recycling program

Although the property was very upscale & modern, there still was no recycling program in place. Other room amenities were not very user-friendly - TV, air-conditioning, WiFi, etc.
