Clean beds Very Worn Out

Due to an unforseen issue we had no control of we had to move from our resort late at night. We picked ES Palm Desert as ES is a great go-to. This location is so worn out. We had to change rooms because the frontdoor didn't close and stay closed plus the air conditioner sounded like a car with no catalytic converter. The front desk was gracious & changed our room. The front door was almost impossible to lock. The inability to secure the room due to the condition of the entry doors is unacceptable. Talk about not feeling safe at night! And we saw that door issue with every door we walked by. They gave us 2 full size beds but sold it as Queen size. The bathroom had mold on the floor base boards, someone elses long hair. The room had broken cabinets, pipes exposed,dirty carpets and all of the images that are on the website regarding the rooms are inconsistent.

Loved staying at this Embassy Suites location! As always the managers receptions and cooked to order breakfasts were awesome but the grounds, pool, fitness center, location and staff made this resort well worth returning to in the near future!

We had a wonderful time. Room very clean however there was a leaking pipe above the bedroom sink, that dripped on my head when brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth 😳 Apparently it is there for the air conditioner run off to go into the sink from above. The hotel housekeeper was informed and apparently the plan is to eventually re route it😀 Otherwise the staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly. Wonderful service all around! Great breakfasts, and evening receptions! Will definitely return for another stay!

We were moved 3 separate times because the initial room had insects, larvae, and was dirty. The subsequent rooms were equally unclean. Disappointingly Orbitz has not been able to get a refund for the stay, even though the staff at Embassy promised a refund.

Arrived and received wrong room , dinning very limited, was told they would not charge us for parking because of inconvenience but still got charged for it , they do have free appetizers and the breakfast is decent, beds were comfortable walkable to stores and restaurants
