When I checked into the Hotel the front desk person was very nice. When I got to the room and entered there was a man laying on the bed and looked at me like what are you doing here - I screamed and immediately ran out and back downstairs to front desk. The person at desk said no one should be in the room but I assured him that there was a man inside. He gave me a new room on another floor. When I got to the room it was fine but I was still shook up. Being a single woman walking in with a man in the room was just so unsafe and I couldn’t shake the feeling and went back downstairs and said I wanted a full refund and that I was moving hotels. The front desk guy said that housekeeping had cleaned the room and that there shouldn’t be anyone in the room, which made me even more uncomfortable because how did he enter the room if it had been cleaned?? The front desk guy said he couldn’t issue refund but would call the manager and then call me back. He did call me back and said they would issue a refund, however it’s been 13 days and still no refund has been issued. This is absolutely no acceptable especially when the Manager said I would be refunded.

This property was wonderful. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. The complementary breakfast was very good and had a large assortment of items to choose from. Parking is free and there is guest WiFi. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are always available in the lobby. The staff are excellent. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly, professional and happy to help. I would recommend this property and will return.

My stay felt like a home away from Home. The manager, Chad Michaels was very helpful and understanding when I had issues with the shower-head. No questions asked he did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and into a new room instantly. The front desk host Melanie was very helpful and relaying my concern to Chad promptly, which I really appreciate!
