I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Indio and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s close to many dining options. Very convenient and comfortable stay!

It was great that they had electric chargers out front so we could just charge your car overnight. Nice room very comfortable and very pet friendly.

Weekend stay

There are many shops and places to go eat around the hotel. Casinos very close from the hotel as well. We are not sure if there was free breakfast, we think they did but there was no notification nor on the card/key given. The concern is that during check-in, I was asked for my ID and CC to make a copy due to their check-in system being down. I appreciate the efforts of this process so we can be allowed to check-in without waiting but now in days it is hard to allow to copy such documents without knowing if it was properly destroyed afterwards. Should I have the right to refuse to check in with a copy? The worst part is that I was told my CC did not go through twice, but it was okay since I used Hotels.com? I could not sleep and felt uneasy all weekend thinking, I know better of not copying my checking card or my ID. Other than that everything was good.

I really enjoyed my stay… very relaxing and comfortable beds. The pool and Jacuzzi were in great condition and clean! Except the breakfast, about 8 guests including myself arrived to the breakfast area about 15 mins before closing their doors and there wasn’t enough breakfast items.

Oasis in the desert

A gem in the middle of the desert. Perfect place to stay if you're traveling between L.A. and Phoenix, AZ. The long drive is not as gruesome when it's broken up by a stay at this oasis in the desert.
