so rude and unprofessional. After a long weekend who wants to deal with someone who seems to hate their job. Hampton inn please do better on who you have representing you. I won't be coming back or recommend to no one.

Beautiful room, and well kept hotel right at the edge of Ranch Mirage. Only negative i have, there is an Arco gas station directly in front of hotel, and the parking is sketch. Homeless were walking around when qe went to our car, and they were looking around cars. They need security to walk around this property. The beds were springu, when ypu move the springs pop, for someone with a bad back, it was not good mattress. I had to get up early and sit on the couch. Bathroom is nice, and bright, but yhere is no dim switch to shut off one of the lights to leave on during the night.
