Room was clean, staff was friendly. We did notice a lot of noise comes in from the hallways here as there is a considerable gap between the floor and all the doors. The first night the staff was cleaning the carpet in our hallway a little later than I expected 7-8pm. We were also next to the ice machine and several guests chose to fill their coolers up for their roadtrip around 5:30am. Not the hotels fault but maybe ask how close you'll be to the ice machine when you check in.

The lobby space is difficult to maneuver to get to elevator with luggage. It also serves as breakfast room with people moving through checking out with luggage. Breakfast was cold but staff was very friendly and kept the empty trays filled.

The first room that we had on our trip had a pretty uncomfortable bed...pretty saggy. When I brought this to the desk clerk's attention the next morning, she promptly put us in a different room. The 2nd room had a much more supportive bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. They had eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, cereal, juices, yogurt, etc.
