Staff and room were good. I think charging $36 a day for parking—that wasn’t mentioned when booking—is a little much. Bartender was great and provided a generous pour after explaining that he couldn’t accept cash payment nor provide anything on the limited menu. This was not my previous experience here and wasn’t what I expected this trip. The location is great and walkable to other eateries and shopping but I suspect it won’t be long before Zoso is under new ownership.

Staff: A particular member of staff on the front desk was not very friendly, very standoffish and not very welcoming. I believe he is a manager so this is not acceptable, fortunately his staff were much better. Also it is advertised that water is provided in the water everyday however we did not receive water for two days. I raised this at the front desk on day 2 and was told they have no water at front desk but was told that house-keeping would replace it. Housekeeping came and serviced the room but did not replace water, I spoke to the housekeeping lady and she told me to go to front desk. I went back to front desk and was told again they have none and housekeeping will bring it. At this point I said not to bother. Room: Shower needs to be replaced. It was quite old, full of lime scale, and impossible to get the water at an appropriate temperature, either too hot or too cold. City view: The city view is NOT a city view it is a view of a very bland road. I felt the description of city view is misleading.

Right off the main downtown area, so close to all the activities yet just far enough for a quiet stay and room size with a balcony was Amazing! Very clean and so comfy. Secured parking a plus!! Definitely be back again soon!
