Inside, you'll find beautifully designed spaces to cook, dine, and sleep in absolute comfort. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the indoor living areas with the breathtaking outdoor spaces.

• Resort-Style Backyard: Your private paradise features a sparkling saltwater pool and an integrated hot tub/spa. With ample space for lounging and a propane fire pit for cool nights, it's the heart of the home.

• Indoor-Outdoor Entertaining: The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and a unique pass-through window that opens to an outdoor bar, perfect for serving drinks by the pool.

• Two Distinct Homes: Enjoy the expansive main house plus a private, architecturally designed casita/guesthouse, offering privacy and flexibility for your group.

• Work-from-Home Ready Casita: The guesthouse includes a dedicated workspace with an adjustable height desk, ergonomic chair, and a curved monitor.

• Luxurious Bedrooms & Baths: Find your tranquil retreat in spacious, beautifully designed bedrooms. The primary suite boasts both an indoor and an outdoor shower for a spa-like experience.

• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King Bed with En Suite Bath

• Bedroom 2: King Bed with Shared En Suite Bath

• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with Shared En Suite Bath

• Casita: Queen Bed with En Suite Bath



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the main house, the private casita, the pool, hot tub, and all outdoor living areas. The property features a private entrance and is fully fenced for your privacy.

*** CITY REQUIREMENTS: ***

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



***Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.



***OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING:***

Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** PET FEE: A flat fee of $75 per stay applies for guests bringing dogs (max 2).



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
