I wish the beds were better condition the sheets are thinner than paper. Sheets are very stained. I did appreciate that the room I stood in did not smell this is the first for a motel I've always encountered a non-smoking room to be treated like a smoking room.

If you have to stay here you’ll probably survive.

This is the hotel you get on the sketchy outskirts of the touristy area when you leave it late and don’t want to pay $300. Somehow they only had a smoking room when we reserved non-smoking. Why does a smoking room even exist in California? It’s 2025. The desk clerk offered a refund, but that’s not too helpful when you need a place to stay that night. Room didn’t smell very much of smoke so whatever, we too it, fine. There was garbage in the common areas and sketchy looking people hanging around, a few bugs here and there. But overnight it was quiet, and yes this is what you are going to get for $170 somewhere off the highway near Palm Springs.

Had to stay here last minute due to leaving on a trip earlier than anticipated to get ahead of a winter storm. Everywhere else in the area was booked or extremely expensive due to a tennis tournament in Palm Desert. Everything here was just really dirty. There was hair on the beds and in the shower and on the floor. One of the beds had a whole container of french fries under it and around the headboard. The people staying in the room above us got in after 2:00 a.m. and proceeded to move furniture or something for the next hour. We did not like how the outside doors to the hallway remained unlocked all night. In conclusion, this was better than falling asleep while driving or sleeping on the side of the road in the car. If you are not in danger of needing to do either of those things I would recommend you keep driving.

Late night guest arrivals were loud and attempted entry into my room using swipe keys. Mistaken with no harmful intent but it woke me up and was concerning. Did not contact front desk.
