Overall I was satisfied I would recommend for families kids have fun in the water slide and play area. My recommendation is to arrive early to save spot during summer time in the pool area. Parking is not easy during peak time and to top it off is 25 plus a day for parking and 45 resort fee they do offer free amenities or activities for kids do but some require extra fee to do. No elevators all stairs.

Definitely stay there again, excellent hotel.

The hotel was great and the services are great. The only downer was the shower in the room. It’s a little bit dated and could do with an uplift. Star for extra extra friendly and make sure that you have everything you need. Very family friendly.

Overpriced for what it was

Decided to splurge so that the kids could have a waterpark-like experience. Paid $670 + for a 2 night stay (not including poolside food which was $$$) The resort fee is extremely high ($45/day) as is the self parking fee ($25/day). The customer service was good but overall, we expected a better experience given what we paid. No microwave in hotel room and no vending machines on site—they really want you to only purchase food/beverage in their restaurants which is very overpriced and with a 18% gratuity automatically added. Room was attractive but our bathroom door did not close. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. Saw signs of general uncleanliness across the property—e.g., discarded trash in conspicuous areas that sat for days. Areas around the pool and slides with old standing water/algae and big clumps of hair. Our family agreed that while it was a fun experience, it was not worth what we paid. The property is beautiful. I will say that.

Great experience

This was our second time staying there. .This time we stayed for two nights. service was excellent. We had an issue with tv Application. We called the front disk within two minutes someone came in and showed us how to use the app. They have room service daily. The staff were very friendly at the pool and all around the resort. Our room didn't had microwave but i think you have to request ahead of the time.
