The Sundune is for guests who can spend a morning at a gallery, an afternoon by the pool, and an evening at a taco stand they found. No rigid itinerary. Just a good base, a balcony worth lingering on, and a city worth exploring.

THE BALCONY
This is the centerpiece. An L-shaped wooden bar top runs along two sides: one under the kitchen window, one along the main edge facing the pool. Terracotta tile floors, rattan bar stools, and a view of the palm trees. The shared pool is steps from the building entrance.

The kitchen, living room, and balcony read as one continuous space. Most guests end up out here for breakfast and still haven't made it back inside by sunset.

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM
Two king beds side by side in a hotel room configuration. A vintage wood longboard is mounted above both beds and sets the tone for the whole room.

The workstation is genuinely usable: a 58-inch Branch standing desk positioned in front of the window that looks directly onto the pool and palm trees. An armchair nook tucked in the corner with a round marble-top side table for when you want off-the-clock but not in bed.

THE SECOND BEDROOM
Sunset pink printed wallpaper wraps the entire room with a cozy corner perfect for a good book. This is the room guests photograph before they unpack.

KITCHEN, DINING, AND LIVING
Fully equipped kitchen for real cooking. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow into each other and out onto the balcony. It reads as one room when the sliding door is open.

The full apartment is yours. Keyless entry is through a keypad lock. Your personal code arrives in your booking confirmation.

One assigned parking spot is included. The shared pool and building common areas are available during your stay.

Check-in/Check-out: 4pm check-in, 11am check-out. Early check-in or late check-out available for an additional fee.

Security: One outdoor Ring camera at front door for property safety.

Pet Note: Dogs are welcome with prior written approval before booking. Please message me with your dog's name and size. A pet fee applies. Professionally cleaned between stays. If you have severe pet allergies, this may not be the right fit.

Please keep noise considerate in common areas and on the balcony during evening hours.
