Host link failed, phone ânot in serviceâ. Chasing contacts a rep confirmed rez still intact but no info âuntil transfer to new systemâ, âwould call me to answer QsâŠ.Crickets. So I called, repeatedly. Sometimes answered, often not. No returned vms âdue to transferâ. Request to Mike Flannery, owner, unanswered. On-hold music still rings in my head. Chk-in neared, couldnât submit ID verification,"glitchâ. Got conflicting codes to a dead digital keypad, even w/ rep. on line. Assistance never arrived. 2 hours in, we saw code deep in my notes to a lock box (rep had said âowners onlyâ). Used ownerâs key thru our stay.Prepaid pool heat but cold. Activated day 2of4 w/ 24 hrs to heat the pool. Spa jets tripped after:30sec. Promised a credit, 2 wks since reported & still waiting.Photos represent well. Clean. Beds good. Kit appointed. Yard lovely, parking secure. AC (106*) worked GREAT on 1/2 of the house. HVAC didnât cool Mstr end. A mini-split on that side, but cool doesnât reach the bdrm. Liability-listed: Shower valve fell off, Kit drawers, light scotch-taped 2ceiling, dining chairs aka toilet seats. Prop Mgr requested pics 4 their handyman. Beyond cleaning & grounds, onsite upkeep seems unmonitored.Items can be repaired. Mngmt has FAR MORE to fix. If so, a nice prop I could recommend.
