Die Villa Amelita liegt am Fuße der Berge im wunderschönen Viertel Little Tuscany und ist Ihr privates Refugium, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Palm Springs entfernt. Die Ansichten sind wirklich majestätisch. Trainieren Sie Ihr Golfspiel auf unserem brandneuen, professionell gestalteten Putting Green!Dieses einzigartige Anwesen befindet sich in Gehweite zu Palm Canyons beliebtem Designviertel auf einer Fläche von mehr als einem halben Morgen und bietet eine Wohnfläche von mehr als 3500 Quadratmetern. Die Villa verfügt über 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad, einschließlich der freistehenden Casita. Die Schlafzimmer fließen durch die französischen Türen, die sich zu den privaten Terrassen hin öffnen, nach außen. We were a party of 8 including my adult children and spouses, plus our 9 month old grandson. This home provided all the room we needed. The bedrooms are all spacious, and the beds are so very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with absolutely everything you need; in fact this kitchen was the most well stocked of any VRBO home we've rented. The backyard is amazing with a pool, putting green, fire pit, BBQ area, and corn hole area. No lack of entertainment there. The landscaping is beautiful. The view of the mountains adds to the beauty. The neighborhood is quiet. It was so easy to get in to the property when we arrived, and easy to lock up when we left. The owner, Clare, responded immediately to any questions we had, and her local associate, Regenia, was wonderful too. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and we had the best time ever in this beautiful home. We were sad to leave.

Amazing location-All of our needs met!

This was a family (6 sisters/cousins) get together, we travel to a different location each year. We loved the house, kitchen and all of the bedrooms. The pool and hot tub and patio were amazing. Location was great also Regina the house manager was top notch-so attentive to every request.

Fabulous back yard!

The back yard is fantastic! The view of the mountains, the pool, hot tub, putting green, natural gas fire pit, corn hole, outside dinning in the shade with overhead fan, grill/kitchen area, lots of seating through out the whole backyard. All 5 bedrooms have its own bathroom and outside access (4 of the bedrooms accessible to the pool and backyard). Back yard also has natural shade and beautiful flowers and humming birds. Loved it!!

Paradise in Palm Springs

Villa Amelita did not disappoint! The moment we stepped inside the front door, we felt a strong sense of home. All 5 bedrooms were spacious with access to the incredible backyard. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry rooms were exceptionally equipped. Everyone loved gathering at the oversized island for breakfast and cocktail hour. The grounds were manicured and we all enjoyed many hours in the pool, on the putting green and playing cornhole. Such a perfect spot for a family, group of friends, or in our case, a mix of both attending our son’s wedding! Shout out to Manager Reginia and Host, Clare who made our stay such a seamless and memorable one! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect family getaway

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The chaise lounges, hammock chairs, furniture, and beds were all super comfortable. There were plenty of communal areas and a huge kitchen for family gatherings and meals. Noise didn’t carry easily throughout the house or between rooms so folks slept in or arose early as they pleased. Everyone had a wonderful and relaxing time. We would love to stay in this home again!

Great getaway in a perfect Palm Springs location

This place is a gem. It feels comfortable and homey - great for a group of friends. It easily sleeps 10 people with lots of private and groups spaces. All the amenities you need for a week away with friends. Easy walk to several restaurants and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The real gem here was the owner and managers. Clare was very responsive and a great communicator. She was awesome and made us feel at home right away. We also met Regenia who made the check-in super simple, a real sweetheart. Guarantee: we will stay here again.

Perfection

I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe this house. Decor is beautiful, layout is terrific, kitchen is great, and the backyard is magnificent. You feel like you are in your own private resort.It is perfect for families. Repeat stay at Villa Amelita

Having had a previous stay during the holidays, our family elected to return to this wonderful property that had plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with bathrooms that were spotless. We also enjoyed time in the hot tub, relaxing during our holiday break. We made many fine meals and snacks in the spacious kitchen. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay and answered questions very quickly. Overall, this was a great stay once again and I highly recommend.

Lovely Home in Little Tuscany

We are 3 couples who travel to Palm Springs every year. Via Amelita is a beautiful property that we will return to in 2025. It boasts 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths, a well appointed chef’s kitchen, a separate casita that we used as our “office” and an expansive outdoor pool and spa area. Clare, the owner is by far the most responsive host that we have ever encountered during all of our years using VRBO. We had a slight issue heating the spa and she took care of it immediately. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, but very close to stores, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend for a vacation in the desert.

We (8 of us) went to PSP and stayed at Villa Amelita in the Little Tuscany neighborhood. This was a retirement trip and the majority of us are L/E. Clare was awesome and very responsive - we were able to check in early. The property was beautiful and the pool a welcome since the lowest temp for our stay was 99 degrees! I personally love the heat! We walked every day in the neighborhood and everyone is so friendly! Loved the property - thank you for a great time!

Amazing girls weekend

Our group of college friends had the absolute best time celebrating our 50th birthdays at this property. Clare provided great communication and ideas for our trip. The layout of the house was perfect with tons of beautiful outdoor space. The location was perfect for accessing everything Palm Springs has to offer. We highly recommend it, and we will be back!
