The location is terrific, near the Palm Springs tramway, an easy couple miles to the attractions of downtown Palm Springs, and with a fine view of the Coachella Valley and the mountains beyond. The house is very well equipped and decorated, and the common rooms are large and handled our group easily. The master suite is huge, three of the bedrooms are good-sized, and the two downstairs are adequate but not luxurious. The pool deck is superb -- a wonderful place to enjoy good weather. With the pool, spa, active games, wifi and many screens, the teens in our group were almost always engaged.Response to problems was excellent. The pool filter had failed completely, apparently on the day we arrived. The host had it replaced the next day, which was a Sunday! And our few minor issues received even prompter attention. The biggest negative of the place is that it takes f o r e v e r to get hot water. But there is plenty there when it finally gets to the shower. We also found some minor cosmetic defects -- loose switch plates, paint problems, etc., in the bedrooms. but the host appeared to be appreciative that someone had reported them.If our family spends another week in Palm Springs (unfortunately not likely), we would almost certainly try to rent this property again.
