While billed as a luxury property, the reality is far from it. Both bathrooms are very small and awkwardly laid out, with poor drainage that will leave you standing in a pool of water during a 5-minute shower. Assuming you choose not to swim in the shower and instead wish to use the actual pool, you’ll notice multiple cracks and chips in the concrete siding. Most egregious, they upsell you for heating the pool, rather than building it into the nightly rate, resulting in an extra charge of 375 for several nights! And while this may apply to most or maybe all Palm Springs properties, they have a threatening sign warning of eviction should you listen to any music outside, so forget about any chill vibes by the pool. Overall, the property was okay at best, and fell far from matching its price point.
