Despite a stated 4:00 PM check-in, we were not able to access a room until 4:45 PM, and only after proactively asking whether any room was available. We were then moved to a different room. Even after being checked in, our luggage did not arrive for an additional 45 minutes, requiring two separate trips to the front desk to have it sent up. As a result, we effectively lost our entire afternoon due to the check-in process. The following day, our room was not serviced, despite texting housekeeping in advance to request service. We again had to contact the front desk to resolve the issue. Additionally, the Upper level did not consistently deliver on the advertised promise of complimentary snacks and beverages three times per day. On multiple occasions, these offerings were not available. The Upper pool area was also not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. Given the price point of this property, the overall level of service fell well below expectations. We would appreciate appropriate consideration or compensation for these shortcomings.

Property is beautiful and great vibe. Staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. The Lola Rose lounge was fun day or night. Gym was clean and amenities were great. My only complaint is that The Lola Rose restaurant food was always cold. Very very dog friendly and look forward to staying at the property again soon.

There were so many great things about this property it's hard to count them all. Unfortunately, the extremely noise level kept us from getting a good quality of sleep both nights. The street noise is bad but the MANY doors open and shutting thoughout the property was the worst. Not just guest rooms but many doors that just separate areas requiring door key (pool (s), breakfast area, evening drink reception area and various other areas of the complex ) slamming to lock. VERY DISTRUPTIVE !

Nice room on the 4th floor, clean and well appointed with balcony.. Great views! Pefect location, very walkable to museums and shops. Loved the 24 hour gym, clean & spacious! Wonderful breakfast at Lola Rose. Next time we will book one of the upper floor rooms which is 21+ adults only , includes private pool, no kids.

This hotel is so unique and just such a vibe. It’s right downtown Palm Springs and walking distance to all the shopping and dining. The staff were all very accommodating to any need we had and the walk up room with balcony street views was immaculate. We will stay again on our next visit.
