AVOID. My immunocompromised wife and I chose this place after many reviews stating that the rooms are clean and well kept. The price was absolutely attractive, how bad could it be? Never ask that question. Pet friendly room 165 smelled like a cat box. Absolutely awful stench of cat urine. Returned to front desk to request a different room because the pet friendly room smelled bad. The person at the front desk said, and I quote, 'all of the pet friendly rooms smell.' The same gentleman assigned us to room 171. Room 171 smelled like human urine, mildew, and body odor. There was no way we could stay in there. If the room had been any more expensive, I would be more inclined to fight the refusal of the property to refund me for my stay. Shame on me, I guess. Instead, I'll just leave this review for anyone who may find it helpful. Don't throw your money on the ground and light it on fire to stay here.

The hotel is so small, it is so smelly with pee smell from the AC. The mattress is too soft, we cannot sleep. On the location is fine, close to Tramway. Will not go there again.

The room was filthy; there was trash left in the bins from previous guests, mold in the AC, mold in the bathtub and deteriorating caulking, dirty carpet and bedding, ROACHES. The hotel staff will refuse to give a refund and offer points instead, which is unacceptable when we weren’t able to use the amenities.
Huge dead roach under a table next to the bed.
Mold in the AC. Had to deal with a stuffy room because there’s no way I was turning this on.
Dirty bedding with suspicious white stains.

The pool was freezing, would have been nice to have a heated pool in winter months but there is a hot tub. The tv's and remote were dated. No option to sign in to online services like netflix, prime, disney... Everything else was great typical motel experience clean, friendly lots of parking which is bonus. Bathroom was already run down and probably not updated since the 1980’s. When I turned on the lights in the morning, there were both alive and dead cockroaches. When I tried to turn on the shower, the handle came off so no shower. This place should be shut down by the health department.

Where to start? First on the very positive (fake???) reviews saying exceptional and other praises about this hotel… the reality: Curtains lacerated and stained with a big brown substance. Hairs on the towels. Sink jammed. Urine on the toilet seat.AC filter blasting mold through the room. Walls and carpet dirty… etc.. Frankly it looked like a murder scene. So went back to the reception and got a cleaner version of the same room. But was impressed when the receptionist asked if the previous room was ready to be re-leased….
