This home is perfect for mom and daughters. The pool and spa are extra expense but worth it for us. The location is easy to get to hikes and shopping. The property manager answered our call immediately and most gracious. The number we called for difficulty getting in gate was poor reception and poorly trained, indelicate personnel. Beautiful place

The place looks actually better than the pictures. It has all the amenities you would want and more. The hot tub was a real treat. We definitely recommend the place. On the other hand, the communication with Vacasa before check-in was really difficult. We were on vacation before and were supposed to arrive late in Palm Springs. We were told that we had a in-person check-in to get the code to enter, even after doing the virtual check-in days before. We told them we would arrive too late for that. After multiple emails back and forth, somebody from Vacasa finally sent us the door code by email (thanks Monica!). We could really have done without all that undue stress on our vacations.

Beautiful Home, Wish we knew


I would love to give this property 5 stars, unfortunately our experience with Vacasa made for a frustrating experience. The home is beautiful and the perfect size for 2-4 people. The pool and grounds were private and felt like a relaxing oasis. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown, yet quiet and felt very safe. The listing states that you need to pay in advance to heat the pool. What it does not say is that you cannot heat the hot tub unless you pay the advanced fee. We reached out to Vacasa multiple times, including 3 days before our trip to inquire about the pool/ hot tub heat. Through messaging, text and multiple phone calls we got conflicting information and were ultimately told that they would not provide us with the tablet to turn on the hot tub because we had not paid for it 2 days before our trip. This seemed ridiculous as it was not stated in the listing and a hot tub is not a hot tub without the heat. I didn’t feel like Vacasa was concerned about our experience. This did affect our visit as it was in the 50s at night and the pool was pretty cold. I specifically booked this property for the hot tub so it was disappointing and frustrating to feel that the management company was so dismissive. I would love to stay here again because the house and pool were perfect for us. Not sure I will because of our experience with Vacasa.

Quiet Oasis

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the warm sands oasis! Check in was easy, residence was clean and as advertised. Enjoyed the Palm Springs community, most of all we enjoyed relaxing by the pool! Highly recommend this listing for couples looking to relax and unwind! We will definitely be back!

Could’ve been better

We had difficulties getting through locked gates onto property. Had a scheduled electric outages (10am-3pm) we knew nothing about, nor did the manager of property. Ruined our half cooked breakfast ! Then had to changed our plans for the day. We had paid extra for heated pool and hot tub to be heated when we arrived, and it was not ! And when we entered house it seemed cleaned, and no smells, but when looking closer, it was far from clean ! Found left over underwear and socks in one drawer in closet, cupboard doors in bathrooms were not cleaned. Kitchen was in horrible condition. Oven was dirty, cupboard doors inside and out were just filthy. And shelves inside were dirty as well. I tried to reorganize spices, and some were stuck to shelf. Oh and the garbage disposal reeked with bad smells ! Floors under cupboards were filthy in kitchen as well as bathrooms. But kitchen was well stocked ! House was designed perfect. Very comfortable setting. And both front and back yards were set up very comfortable ! Loved the fireplace in back yard. All in all very comfortable home and super quiet! And the view of the mountains were exceptional ! Hated to leave, and it took all I had not to go clean up this beautiful home. I do feel we are owed a partial payment back, or a free stay during this time of year again ! Such a beautiful home, to see it soooo dirty and grimy !

Comfortable Adult Getaway

The home is perfect for two adult couples with the twin master suites. The beds, linens and towels were top notch and high quality. It is a very comfortable home, well thought out and convenient to downtown Palm Springs. The driveway is very tight and would not allow access of our Chevy Tahoe though I was perfectly comfortable parking on the street in front of the home. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after our rounds of golf and was enjoyed by both couples.

Fun getaway

Was a great time staying here. Wonderful outdoor areas (pool in front, bbq & seating area in back). Great location..easy walk to downtown. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was here with another couple, loved the house layout with attached baths for both bedrooms. Only thing we'd change is one bathroom doesn't have frosted windows or blinds.

Fantastic Relaxing Private Pool

Better than expected and well worth the price. Beautiful full enclosed back yard with beautiful landscaping and fruit trees. We even got to see baby hummingbirds hatching just through the back bedroom window. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Pool was perfect!

Great little place and location

It's a lovely little house, perfect for two couples, or in our case just a romantic retreat. Pool and Spa are small like the house, but its a very nice place to soak and relax. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice, kitchen was well stocked, house was perfect size for us. We had a few questions, the property management company was very responsive. The house is super walkable to downtown, around a 15 minute walk, walkable to starbucks as well. We had a neighbor doing construction work which made it so our "quiet retreat" was less quiet and tranquil than hoped - would have loved to have known that in advance. It didn't bother us, but parking is a bit tight and tricky. All in all, we really enjoyed it, and would recommend it.

Wonderful, cozy home with unbeatable location

The house was fantastic. You should note that the pool is actually in the front yard and the neighboring houses are very close, so although the hedges create visual privacy, it's very easy to be distracted by conversations and small noises from the neighborhood. The strict Palm Springs outside noise rules (for example, music) are really important for this home. The two master suites worked great for me and my friend, and we wanted for nothing in the kitchen, living room, pool area or bedroom and bathrooms. It's a wonderful home. 15 minute walk into the heart of the downtown strip. TurnKey was very responsive throughout the stay.

Fantastic property for a Palm Springs getaway.

The house was fantastic. If it was cool enough it would be an enjoyable walk to town. The place was spotless and they provided sample shampoo and soap in the shower (enough to get you through your first day if you didn’t bring them with you). There was an abundance of dishes and silver so you don’t have to wash after every meal. The beds were very comfortable, but with the thermostat locked at 76 we had to sleep above the sheets. 2 degrees lower would make a big difference. The management company was great with info and procedures in the weeks and days before our trip. We did not have any problems while there so had no reason to contact them. They do require that you call them when you arrive and set up a time for a representative to meet with you. We got to the rental after 5p. One of the two numbers given was disconnected. We left a message on the other but never heard back. This wasn’t a problem for us we didn’t need to see someone to figure out the house.
