Grandson's Graduation

Brought my daughter and her family with me to be there for my grandson's graduation, this house was perfect. We were 3 minutes away from my son in law and grandson, the house had just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. It was so nice to have the pool area to come back to relax at when we were done with our activities for the day. Nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, Loved it, would definitely reccomend.

Super impressed. Cute home with great amenities and location. Clean and comfortable place to hang out. Fun pool, beach gear was nice to have and my 5 yr old loved the oversized legos and bunk bed. Could use a few more blankets for beds tho ;)

Weekend Stay

Our stay was for a cheer competition, and we had 2 adults and teenage girls. We booked this house because it is such an easy route to the Bradenton Convention Center. The house was very clean, and exactly as described on the listing. We arrived very late at night and the outside lights were left on for us which was so nice! I had to communicate with the owners often throughout our stay because of a rooster who would start crowing at 5-6am and would not stop until after we left at 10:30-11am for competitions. When we were outside, he would start again. I cannot tell you how awful this was to be inside sleeping and having this rooster seem like it was right outside the master bedroom. I know this is not a fault of the owners in any way, but something to consider when booking this house. The other downfall to us, was the pool was covered in algae, and the hot tub was hit or miss on turning on well. The remote needs to be replaced and maybe some maintenance. The owners did let us stay slightly past check out time which was so nice to help accommodate our late flight out. We also really enjoyed the beach essentials they have in the garage for guests to use. This was very handy for us to go to the beach and then bring back. All in all, this house was very nice and had touches we really appreciated like extra towels, blankets, more toilet paper than we normally have in a VRBO, and make up cleaning towels.With cheer girls in full makeup that was handy!

Paradise

Came here for a break from snow and ice in NY with my family. Truly a slice of paradise with private backyard (no sightlines ;) ) and the triple bed room was great for my family. Definitely recommend Mike’s property. Also the process in general was very smooth with minimal chores.

Great setup for our family

With 5 kids under 9 it was a GREAT set up for us at this house! We spent days at the house almost completely in the backyard with the pool and large screened in area. Beautiful house, very clean! If not at the house we were at the beach! Great stay, thank you owners!

Wonderful property managers/owners!

Excellent communication from the owners/property managers. Property was quite accurate to photos online. Some finishing touches were missing here and there (odd unfinished trim in second bath for example or other small DIY type obvious issues) but overall a nicely done refurbishment and lovely new outdoor area that is landscaped to feel quite private. The location was not ideal for our purposes considering the traffic between where we stayed and where our soccer tournament was every day (which we did not realize) and it did feel a little less safe and farther removed from things than I would otherwise prefer. Property was very clean but I would a strongly suggest switching to cleaning products and laundry detergent for linens that are unscented - the scents when we arrived and those on the bed linens were quite overpowering.

My husband, myself, his brother and sister-in-law made a quick trip to Florida to visit their mother. Although we spent very little time at the rental house it was clean and comfortable. It would work very well for a family who would enjoy the pool.

could not have had a closer property to our meeting venue . the Host made everything so easy to follow from check in to check out. The house was perfect and offered us much more than we could take advantage of due to the length of our stay and it was a comparable savings to 2 hotel rooms in the area. The little free time we used to visit a nearby beach and enjoyed the drive and the view . I will definitely look to return for a longer stay . A great Property for friends or Families , Thank you afain for a wonderful stay.

House is clean and has all the amenities you need. In the cooler December weather we loved the fire pit and hot tub. We also played some of the games from the house. We had 5 including our “kids” 20, 21, 24. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great family stay!

We stayed with our 2, 5, and 10 year old and had a blast. The beds are comfy and the bunk beds were a major hit! There are also plenty of kid friendly games. Our kids LOVE to swim so this was perfect. We had a couple hiccups and Mike was very quick to combat them. If you’re looking for a place to veg out and enjoy the calmness in life, this is your place. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll stay again!

My husband and myself along with my daughter, her husband and one year old stayed while in the area for a wedding. The house had everything we needed including a travel crib and high chair and having access to the washer and dryer was a lifesaver. The lanai was a great place to enjoy our meals and we used the pool every day. If there was any negative it was that it was not at all soundproof so if you are a light sleeper I suggest a white noise machine. I had an app on my phone so we were good. We enjoyed our stay and are very happy we chose this location. Thanks for a great experience.

Perfect family getaway

This experience was perfect. The house was just what we needed if we wanted to stay in and relax, it was a close drive to a wide variety of other things. We visited St. Pete pier one day, Anna Maria island the next, and Ellenton another. All were a quick painless drive. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. Our kids LOvED that there were toys, puzzles, and books for them. The pool was great and so was the outdoor space. Honestly, everything you needed was there. Beach stuff, laundry access, etc. They were even super accommodating when we needed to stay an extra day. Thanks so much, we WILL be back. My kids are already complaining they miss the “vacation house” â˜ș
