Our duplex apartment, located in an authentic stone farmhouse, invites you to live a unique experience in the heart of Baix Empordà. Surrounded by countryside, it is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the rural environment, go for walks, and connect with nature.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you'll find the great Pals beach and some of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava, as well as charming villages with great cultural and gastronomic richness. An ideal combination of rural serenity and coastal adventure.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant private terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, ideal for relaxing in the sun, having breakfast outdoors, or enjoying summer evenings. In addition, it has private outdoor parking and a golf practice net, a perfect extra for golf lovers.
