Great house! We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch with beautiful sunrises. Home was equipped with so many kids things that was so helpful! I.e high chairs, pack and play, lots of toys, (our 2 yr old grandson Loved the chicken! He cried because it couldn’t come back with us! lol), and many kids dinnerware, cups, etc! The owners were very helpful in getting us anything we needed, and made great recommendations on eateries and things to do in area! Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing. Little town nearby has some great seafood both in restaurants and a little fish market. Communication with the hosts was timely and helpful. Kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery you'd need to make a meal. Plenty of parking.

Perfect House for our Family

The house was perfect for my husband and me, my one son's family with two kids and the other son's family with an infant. It is well equipped with kitchen items, laundry facilities and even an extra refrigerator! I loved the screened porch. The only problem we had was with the code to get in. However, the host was quick to respond and could fix it remotely. The location is great--a few steps to the beach and not far from dining in Panacea. We really enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal stay!!

We had an amazing week at this rental!! The place was well situated, was spacious enough for 9 of us for the week without feel crowded unless we were watching basketball games together downstairs! the kitchen was well stocked and had things we needed without issue! The hosts were absolutely amazing at responding to questions we had or any concerns, cannot say enough good things! We would gladly come back to this place and stay again!

Awesome home and area

House is very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for all of us to relax, eat, do nothing as you should on vacation! Jesse was very responsive to any messages to assist when we could not find an answer. The water around this part of the coast isn't the clearest and you have to go out a bit to get through some of the muck but well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Just Right!

Owners were very responsive, made the stay better. Had it not been for 2 1/2 days of TERRIBLE weather the stay would have perfect. As it was, Casa Del Mar was a great place to hunker down for the bad weather, and when the weather got better it was grand!

Remote and relaxing

This house is the perfect beach getaway to be able to relax and unwind. It’s a very clean, comfortable home- the main bedroom bed is SO comfortable! All the kitchen items you need to cook any meal- we did breakfast every morning and enjoyed the view of the ocean from the screened porch. The house faces east so you have great sunrises and cool evening shade on the decks or around firepit. We would definitely return. It would be a great getaway for 3-4 couples. 2BRs upstairs would share a bathroom. There’s a downstairs separate BR/ bath with a private entrance- you have to go outside to get into the main house but that makes it more private bungalow. It’s a well kept comfortable stay. you have to drive a bit for a restaurant and mini mart so bring food necessities. We saw all kinds of birds including a bald eagle low flying by, pelicans, woodpeckers, red birds, sea gulls, so many other sea birds and others. Lots of deer- Bald point state park boundary is right across the road.

The location was great, the rooms on the second and third floor were very good. The first floor unit is somewhat isolated. Parking was difficult as there was cardboard and wood stacked up in the carport. The screen room was a nice addition as was the fish cleaning station on the ground floor. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful beach getaway

Relaxing and peaceful

We enjoyed this peaceful home for a week. It was a short walk to the most beautiful sunrises and amazing night skies. Not a lot of traffic or fighting for a spot on the beach. Just what we wanted and needed for our busy family. To have no where to go but the sand and water. We seen and experienced so much of Florida’s wildlife on this vacation. From sharks, dolphins, sting rays, crabs, deer, birds, and pretty sure we had a visit from a bear. We didn’t see Mr bear but he left evidence. The home was also prefect for what we all needed.
