We had a great stay at Pelican Perch. It was a beautiful home. We couldn't get the TV in master to work, but that certainly wasn't a deal breaker. But geez...those steps! Be prepared for a workout every day. lol. We've already reserved our next trip.

Great Family Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family celebration. This home was exactly as described, but even more beautiful in person. There was a guidebook that provided helpful information about the house and local area. The kitchen had all the main utensils and equipment needed for family dinners. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and family games. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely come back again for future gatherings.

Alligator Point Weekend Stay

My husband, myself and a few of our friends rented this house for a long weekend at the beginning of December and it was wonderful. Great location directly across from the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from the balcony at night. The house was very well maintained and had all of the necessities you would need. We would definitely stay again!

Everything you could ask for. A well stocked kitchen. A large propane grill. 3 nice bathrooms and showers. Screened in porch. Definitely a return trip is in order.

Great house

Owner's were great to work with. House is very well equipped. Ive been vacationing in the area for 20yrs and this is one of the nicest houses ive stayed in. Great beds, nice kitchen, and a fenced yard for the dog. Great view from the back deck grilling.

Highly recommended!

Beautiful property that offers very comfortable accommodations and scenery. Well furnished and definitely worth a return trip. This place offered solitude and very quiet nights. We definitely needed this rest and relaxation from a busy home and work life.

Memorial Day Getaway

This was a perfect place for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The beach was just a short walk across the street. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend for any family looking for a weekend getaway.

The house was awesome! A great layout, beautiful furnishings and spotlessly clean. Just a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach, great porch for playing games and enjoying a cocktail. All three bedrooms were huge and offered comfortable beds and large walk-in showers. Check in was easy. We will definitely come back. This might be the best rental house and experience we’ve ever had.

So nice, we’ve stayed thrice!

We absolutely have fallen in love with this area, and this home! We stayed for the first time in 2022, and returned in 2023 and now again in 2024. I cannot say enough good about the beauty you will find right on the back deck, or just a short walk across the street at the beach. We always find everything we need has been provided for us at the house - even down to little things like a cheese grater and juicer in the kitchen and pet bowls in the hall closet. Jessica is as gracious and kind of a host as I could EVER imagine. My youngest son is already asking when we can go stay AGAIN and we have only been home for two days. If you’re looking for an absolutely gorgeous location, home, and wonderful host, don’t hesitate- this is the place to go!

Graet place to stay!

We lovd this house. In a very quiet location, just a walk across the street to the beach. Only thing that would have been better is the elevator carrying a weeks worth of luggage and an elderly member of the family with the stairs but other thatn that perfect!!!

My family of 10 stayed at this lovely home for a week. We had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and spent lots of time on the screened porch. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was ready and the house was all that we expected. Roomy House for Adult Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this house across from the beach. There were 5 adults and we had enough room to spread out and enjoy. We spent most of our time on the screened porch watching birds while enjoying our morning coffee or evening cocktails. We cooked on the grill a lot. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We walked to the beach across the street but also drove to the public access further down for a change of scenery. The host is MOST GRACIOUS and on top of things. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. This was our first time to Alligator Point and we'd be happy to return to this home should we decide to vacation there again!

A true “Panacea”

A true panacea - the cure for all difficulties. We first stayed at this property in April 2022. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked again in April 2023. We adore the house, the location, and everything in between. Jessica is so prompt with correspondence and let me tell you that she will go the extra mile for her guests. If I could rent the house year-round, I would. We are a family of four, with a dog. Every single one of us is at our best while we stay here. The ocean/beach brings us each exactly what we need - my husband is an avid fisherman, and his bounty is always plentiful. My kids make good use of the MANY sand/beach toys that are waiting for you at the house. The water is shallow enough that I can sit and read on the beach and not worry about keeping a constant eye on my little swimmers. The evenings on the back porch are my favorite - my husband is a chef and we use both the amazing outdoor grill and the well-stocked kitchen to cook three meals a day while we are at the house. Be sure to stock up on groceries before you arrive - the location is remote (but that is why we, personally, love it). The ONLY con is the bugs - which is no fault of the home. And Jessica was quick to offer GREAT advice on how to keep them at bay. Make sure to be aware of the little ‘buggers’ though. Not only are sunrises on the beach beautiful, as well as sunsets from the back porch, but during our last stay the moon was setting in the early night over the marsh out back and accompanied by the GORGEOUS stars (no ambient light to drown them out) it was a sight to behold that I will never forget. Other notables are that I have now slept in each bed (my kids wanted to try them all out while we were there and they love mom snuggles) and they are so comfortable. Beach towels are plush and thoughtfully provided. The shower downstairs/outside helps with tracking less sand in after a day at the beach. So much wildlife from birds to fish
 honestly, I could go on forever. I highly recommend visiting the aquarium in Panacea - we skipped it on our first visit but my boys enjoyed it so much we went TWICE this trip. They’re so excited to go back. Don’t miss the sea turtles there!! All in all, we find it to be heaven here. We already have decided to return again, either in fall 2023 or again in April 2024. If you love peace and quiet, being off the beaten path, and thoughtful hosts, don’t miss this panacea!!

Serene Family Get-Away!

Loved staying at this peaceful property! Easter weekend and we had the beach almost completely to ourselves. We also enjoyed dinners and late-night conversations on the screened in portch overlooking the wildlife refuge area-- gorgeous! The guys enjoyed the awesome gas grill set-up on the porch. Pack light; the kitchen is well-stocked, and beach towels, chairs, toys are provided. Don't forget the bug spray, though! This house is Old North Florida at its best.
