the host responded right away to anything we needed. Our annual sissy’s trip was in a nice safe area where we walked in the white sand beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and pelicans everyday. we loved being right on the first floor and walking out to see the ocean. Visited some great restaurants and shops. would stay there again.

Fabulous location with everything needed for a beach vacay. First floor location gives a grassy play area, a short walk to the pool and beach stairs and a killer view. The owners provide a free beach setup (chaises, umbrella and table). Our little one loved the “hidden” bunk room. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the master bath renovations were a little rough and we were unable to use that shower due to a leak. We’d stay here again.

Location great, condo needs work

Location is perfect, master bath has mildew around the shower and trim that’s rotting. Front door looks awful, master shower is as small as a phone book. The door going out to patio has rust and appears to have black film on it. This place would be great if it was renovated and these issue are fixed

Family vacation

Pros: Great location, steps down to a private beach, close to pool, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Great communication with the property mgmt team. Cons: Smaller family room, dirty furniture, throw pillows and rug. Kitchen dishwasher and microwave need replacing, tableware was not cleaned properly, had to be washed before using. Pots and pans were old and dirty, couldn't find one good skillet to make breakfast. No additional bed linens at all. Heavy plantain shutters on the windows/door facing the oceanside obstructed a great view. Need some urgent upgrading.

Poor management

We rented 2 units for our family. Both units advertised a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (pictures were included). We needed both units. 5 days before arrival I had heard nothing from one of the units managed by 30A escapes. Finally was able to contact them and they informed us that the bunks in our unit had been ripped out and were no longer available. It could have been a disaster but at last minute one of our people canceled. Also we did not get gate code or room code until we actually arrived at property. Fortunately the other unit had given us the gate code two weeks before! Also the refrigerator had a badly cracked shelf and badly broken drawer. Upon reporting this they sent someone to glue and tape the broken shelf and removed the drawer. It appeared this was an old break.. Why wasn’t this fixed when it happened? Very poor management. Anyway we won’t rent from 30A escapes again.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Wonderful location. So nice to be right on the private beach and be able to pop back and forth to unit. Downstairs unit and so convenient. We took a lovely walk every morning down 30A for breakfast/ coffee. Close to everything. Unit is older but absolutely comfortable and had everything we needed!

Location location location!

We have stayed in several houses/condos in 30A and this one is definitely one of our new favorites! The location is prime! We loved the private beach and not being surrounded by rows and rows of beach chairs. Easy drive to Seaside and Seacrest/Rosemary for shopping and eating out. The master bath could use a little work/fixing up.

Piece of paradise

Spring Break 2023 had a totally different tone as soon as we entered B102. The views are outstanding, unit is nicely decorated & updated and the proximity to the beach is absolutely priceless. No more are the days of carting gear for blocks to search for a spot on the beach. Like many seaside properties, there is some wear and tear but it won’t impact your enjoyment of this property. We loved it and friends who visited fell in love. Lastly, the he green space was so clutch considering 6 boys with us. Lots of football, soccer, handball and more. Thanks for a great vacay spot to make many memories.

Location is amazing - love the walk out to grass and easy beach access!

This property needs a little TLC...BUT for the location, walk out to grassy area to toss a football, etc. and the easy access to the beach we would 100% stay here again and will definitely seek it out to book it. It is clean and comfortable and was perfect for our family of 5.

Perfect spot

Best area on the west end of 30a! Not crowded like the main towns. Close enough to enjoy a walk or bike to the towns for ice cream or dinner. I strongly suggest bike lights if you plan to bike after dark. I have stayed in a few condos in the complex. This property is no different than the others.. in need of some repairs but still a great stay! Bathrooms need repair as cabinets and some walls have significant water damage. Kitchen was well equipped! Fridge had some broken drawers but still worked well. New living room furniture was nice. When I booked this it said sleeps 10 but there is no pull out sofa. Which was no big deal for us. Beds were comfy. The cable tv wouldn’t play ESPN. Tragedy for the men but no problem for me!! I love the ability to walk out back door to the steps of beach. A nice grass area for kids to play. Jake’s beach service is worth the price to not have to carry chairs and umbrella down the stairs. Don’t miss enjoying 30a without 3 rows of chairs set up around you!

Great location but


The furnishings in this place were very poor. Had a tiny tv in the main room with a couch that seemed busted. The mattress were awful, shower was tiny and the twin beds in the hall quite stupid. Management company was very difficult to reach. And told them about TV not working took 2 days for someone to get there. The location is great but definitely overpriced for for the actually accommodations.

Great location but property needs work

Our family liked the location and overall we'd rate our stay as average. AC didn't work properly; took Property Mgmt 3 days to fix - they just didn't want to have the AC guy come out. Dishwasher door was broken, almost broke our 8 yo daughter's foot. Apparently it was noticed in May but still not fixed. The stairs from condo to the beach were a lot for little ones. And they need to be repaired (nails sticking up, splinters, etc.). Some simple preventative maintenance needs to be done on the property. We won't stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a great time at seacrest beach. The condo worked out great for us but could have been a little cleaner but still had a great time. The location was great! Right by the pool and easy access to the beach. The ocean was beautiful! Beautiful views from the condo also.

Great spring break!

The property was great for our group. Two adults and six children. Each of our sons brought a friend and this property was perfect! The beds were very comfortable for all. The backyard area was so convenient to use for spike ball and bocce ball when the wind was too strong to be on the beach. The heated pool was a lifesaver again because of the wind. The location was great to be able to bike to the Hub or to Rosemary beach. The older boys in our group loved being able to jump on their bikes and go. This was our first time coming to the area but it will not be our last!

Spacious condo with great views!

This location is fantastic! Beautiful views and sunsets and lots of room to spread out for the whole family. So nice to be right on the beach to go down to the water anytime you like. Would definitely stay here again!
