Great Location!

My family took our beach vacation and decided to stay here, and we are so glad we did. The kiddos loved the pool and being able to watch tv on the back patio. The walk to the beach is short which is a huge plus with 4 kids under the age of 5. We would certainly love to stay here again!

Perfect home away from home!

Location and house were perfect! Alison and her husband were very responsive, helpful and kind. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds in the house were extremely comfortable! You can tell it is well cared for and a home away from home. The outside setup was wonderful and we loved being able to see the Christmas lights of the tree path from inside the house. Thank you so much for opening the home to us!

Great Beach Location

Second time at this property. Beautiful and well appointed home. Great for large families or gatherings. Steps from the beach boardwalk. Nice small pool for after-beach lounging. Easy check-in and great communication. Minimum number of bath towels provided, so you will need to keep up with the laundry. Same number of beach towels provided, which is helpful. Bring extras for your group. Common living room/seating area can be a little dark (minimal sunlight) but this is offset by screened in porch area and beautiful reading nook upstairs. You won't be disappointed with this property.

great time!

This was a wonderful house. My children loved being able to utilize the pool on property. It was so close to the beach and to the ckub, which had a food and beverage facility that we loved using on the way to the beach every day. The house was clean and spacious. We had a great time.

Great location, lovely home

Perfect house for our summer getaway to the 30A. We definitely enjoyed having the pool at the house so we could enjoy on the days we couldn’t enjoy the beach. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate the entire week and the beach had double red flags a few days. Great easy access to the beach, though there are some stairs - not too many so we still brought our stroller along. The house is very nice. Would definitely recommend and hope we can visit again!

Another awesome experience

2nd time staying at this lovely home and our experience was just a good as our first! Highly recommend. Alison our host was so responsive and helpful. Just steps from the WaterSound Beach club and the beach, the location is perfect for families wanting to a quiet vacation spot in this gated community. A darts throw across the street is a large green space which was perfect for letting the kids play and throw the football/baseball. We had a few inconveniences with some HVAC and microwave issues, but Alison and the owner were Johnny to the spot to help fix the issues and even gave us a credit for one night which was such a nice gesture. We plan on coming back again next year !

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful and very clean. It is one of the best equipped homes we have stayed at. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative is the parking spots are VERY small and I could barely fit a full size truck. Over all we had a great time.

Watersound Beach

The house was amazing. Communication perfect. Could not have asked for a better week. Will definitely book again. I loved being in a more private secluded area but still near all the restaurants and shopping. Beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all even during fall break.

Perfect end to our summer!

Loved our stay here! Location was perfect for our family with kids ages 8, 6 and 4. Short walk to the beach and community pool. Also a nice field across from the house where kids could play. The entire 30A area was crazy crowded the week we were here and this community with the private beach was a nice retreat from the chaos. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted time packing all of my kids beach toys bc the house had plenty to choose from and a wagon. My kids swam in the private pool every free chance they had. Thanks for tiring them out :). Bikes provided were a nice addition too. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful and well-equipped home!

Had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of beach toys and two bicycles for our use as well. Great location with a short walk to the beach and community pool. We hope to return next year!

We loved our stay!

We had the best time and loved this house! I am very picky about cleanliness and this house was one of the cleanest we’ve seen. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the kitchen and the outdoor area. We spent a lot of time by the pool and lounging in the outdoor family room. It is nice and close to the beach. We were able to load the wagon and walk every day. It wasn’t too far for our 4 year old. The owner was great and answered all our questions quickly. She even helped us get items back we forgot at the house! We would definitely stay here again!
