Awesome location

We had a wonderful time at the house! With five kids the fact that it is three story made it so everybody had privacy and a place to retreat after enjoying the sun! The bikes were a wonderful bonus and made it extremely easy for us to ride to the beach and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. This is a beautiful house in a convenient location. We definitely plan to come back!

Wonderful House!

The house and neighborhood were very nice and quiet! A quick drive to the beach. The owners were very helpful and responsive!!! There were lots of kitchen supplies, the beach chairs were quality and comfy, and the home was decorated really well. One thing we didn't realize is you need to bring your own beach towels and more toilet paper! Haha! Overall, it was a great location and we'll be back!

Best Vrbo experience yet! The house was impeccably decorated and clean, with thoughtful amenities provided (e.g., wool dryer balls, K-cups, filtered water pitchers). Beds were extremely comfortable. Modern, crisp aesthetic was quite pleasing. The bikes were easy to use and a great way to not have to rent a car! Beach amenities were plentiful and the umbrellas helped us spend as much time at the beach as we wanted! Communication w/ Andy was quick and helpful from the start of our planning through to the last day. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat, and hope to next year!

Great trip!

We had a wonderful trip July 16-23 at this house! Andy was more than helpful answering questions before and during the stay! The house was very clean and very well appointed with lots of Pottery Barn touches all over! You could tell a lot pd thought was put into the decorating of the house. The neighborhood pool was small but never busy and our kids used it every day. We loved our time and throughly enjoyed the house!

Fabulous Vacation

We just returned from our stay at Inlet Beach. To say it was wonderful is an understatement. The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for our group of 9. It was well appointed, they even had beach chairs and umbrellas. It is close to the beach. Just be mindful that you will have to cross HWY 98, which is a pretty busy road. Andy and Tiffany, the owners, went out of their way to make sure that our stay was everything we wanted it to be. They even gave us recommendations on where to eat and answered any question quickly. If you are looking for a place to stay at Inlet Beach, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

The Innlet was the perfect space for our family of 5! It was clean and spacious, and the owners are very attentive and will answer any questions you might have. AMAZING HOME in INLET BEACH

This home was PERFECT for our family and it is brand NEW and super clean! So much room to spread out when we all gathered on the main level in the kitchen/ dining room & living room open concept, you never felt cramped. The back patio with outdoor tv was so relaxing during our morning coffee. Tiffany and Andy communicated well when we had questions. They thought of everything in the kitchen you would ever need to cook. A chef’s dream kitchen and pantry. All bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and the bunks were a big hit too. The loft upstairs was also a second spacious gathering spot! We will definitely come back and stay longer next time. The owners Tiffany and Andy left their special touch on everything… the home is beautifully decorated with a beachy vibe. The garage is filled with beach chairs, bikes, and beach umbrellas. It was so convenient to bike to 30Avenue for lunch at amazing Amici’s Restaurant before we headed to Rosemary Beach and then to the Inlet Beach Access. The only thing we’d do different is STAY LONGER 😊 We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Tiffany and Andy for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. You are the best!

Great Spring Break!!!

This house is lovely. Brand new. We had everything we needed. I travelled with four older teens. Everyone had their own spaces to spread out after a day of biking or enjoying the beautiful Inlet Beach. The owners were kind, helpful and prompt in their responses. Crossing 98 to get to the beach was sometimes scary, so it be ideal when the official crosswalk is complete. Overall a great spring break!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this house was by far the best.

We can’t fully express how impressed we were with this VRBO. Andy and his wife were so great to work with. Quick to answer texts, give directions and suggestions; all of which made our trip so much better. We flew from Arizona and were in an area that we were very unfamiliar with but Andy was great answering any questions we had. I would STRONGLY encourage renting this home. It was beautifully decorated and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Thank you Andy and Tiffany for a great vacation! We hope to be back again next year!!!

Annual 4th of July Family Vacation

Every year my family and I travel to PCB for a family vacation. We use VRBO and enjoy staying at the beautiful homes. They always have their pros and cons! This home that Andy and Tiffany kindly shared with us ear perfect! This is a new home and the neighborhood is still under construction but that did not disturb us at any time! Aside from the spacious home, the little details were very impressive and appreciated! This home had complimentary items for our stay! We always come stocked with our own supplies like detergent, toiletries, dishwasher pods, and trash bags because homes usually only supply with the initial necessities, so having those extras was a plus in my book. Although, we had our own those little things counted so much! The furniture was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable, especially after being in the sun and water all day! They supplied the home with bikes and beach accessories which is also a plus! Any time we had a question they were prompt in responding and always kind! We are very grateful for the opportunity to have them share their home with us and if we are back in this area, will definitely be back or recommend! Overall, this was a perfect home and the host are just as perfect! Thank you both!

Texas to Florida

My family and I took a trip to Florida and needed enough space for 8 people, and this house was more than enough space! It looked just like the pictures but was even better in person. After 12+ hours of driving in traffic from Texas, it was nice to be able to relax in the Thompson’s beautiful home. Andy was very responsive to all my texts and he and Tiffany made the whole process from check-in to check-out very easy. We would definitely love to stay here again once we’re back in town!

OUR FAVORITE RENTAL!

We all agreed that this has been the best house we have rented so far! The house was very clean, had everything we needed, in a quiet neighborhood and had EVERYTHING we needed..EVERYTHING! Beautiful beach home

Our stay was perfect! We’ve been traveling to the beach each summer for 15 years and this was truly the prettiest home that we’ve encountered. Every detail was better than expected, from a well-stocked kitchen (service for 16+), to comfortable beds. Magically, there was no sand on the floor when we arrived. The owners were kind and had excellent communication throughout the stay. The beach was an easy 5 minute bike ride (bikes included in garage) or 10 minute walk. We will stay with this owner again! Thank you for having us❤️
