We love staying at Splash it is very kid friendly. My kids love the small kids waterpark. The heated pools and hot tub were great for this time of year. We enjoyed drinks from Riptides by the pool. Alvin’s island being on location was also a great addition. The condo was plenty big enough for my family of 4. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The view from the balcony was perfect! The condo was very clean. My only complaint would be I wish there was a broom I would have loved to have swept during our visit instead of using vacuum. But other than that it was absolutely perfect!

Splash is a great place for younger kids. Pools, lazy river, splash pads, are all perfect for that group. Adults can enjoy too with a hot tub and 2 bars and plenty of options. Our beach access was great. Ocean view from our room. Our room was very well taken care of and maintained. Very clean. Great hosts.

Relaxation!!!

Perfect last minute Spring Break getaway for my husband and our 3 kids. The condo was welcoming and had everything we needed. All the things you need to make your own meals. The kids found beach toys and a few board games in the unit as well. The location was great! Right off the elevator, and an elevator ride to ground level put you feet away from the beach! Quiet area of PCB surrounded with other families. I would say not within walking distance to the Pier however only minutes away. Only complaint is one of the patio furniture chairs had a tear in the seat which we could not use and we weren’t able to get a replacement during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!!

Quick beach get away

The property was great! The listing is accurate, and the condo itself was clean! Splash, which is where the listing is, is perfect for the whole family. The view is breathtaking and there’s so much to do. Our little LOVED all the games! If you are arriving late, checking in to pay for parking may be closed. I wasn’t aware of what to do, but luckily I got in touch with someone and just said to check-in in the morning when they open back up! Thanks for having us! We had a blast

Great Condo- Amazing Ocean View

My family of 5 (children ages 10, 4, 2) stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves! Located right off the elevator, which was nice! Although we had a few cleanliness issues upon arrival, the property management company was responsive and resolved everything in a few hours. Spectacular view of ocean. Good resort for families. Pools are not heated, which wasn’t ideal with rain, as the water was freezing and my kids didn’t want to swim much. We did feel like the resort itself could use a little updating and the pools weren’t super clean. Lots of debris floating around. Elevators are limited which is challenging at times. Resort restrooms were not well maintained. Located right down the street from the pier which was fun! Loved the area, and the condo itself but would not stay at this resort again without some renovations. Beach service is provided, beach chairs in closet were tattered and need thrown away. Appreciated the buckets and nets to catch fish in the fresh water canal on the beach. Coffee maker was dual with pot and kcup. No pantry storage for snacks, etc.

Great place!

The condo was great! It was very clean and one of the nicest we've stayed at so far. The balcony door was very hard to open and close I had to get my husband to help me most of the time. But I really appreciated that because it meant my kids couldnt open it without us knowing. The pool area was nice but the water was very cold, Im assuming due to it being the start of summer. We would love to stay here again our next PCB trip!

Great place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! My kids are 3 & 5, it was perfect for our beach stay! They loved it. The room was perfect and exactly what we were expecting. Right off the elevator so super convenient location. Would recommend!

Spur of the minute trip
. Great condo, very clean, staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend this unit. Rental company text me after check-in to answer any questions I might have. Great location and out of all the busyness that the other end of Panama City has.

Nice Place

There were games and sand toys available which the kids really appreciated. The dryer squeaked but the baby enjoyed it thinking it was music and danced along :) Would stay again.

Best family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! We have a 13, 4, 2 and 7 month old . Everyone had something to do! It’s right on the beach but not too close to all the teenage parties- we went during Spring Break week. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful beach condo/a few minor issues

Great location on the beach. Very pleasant. A couple of things to mention: patio door doesn’t lock, light on stove is burned out, HVAC panel showed an error code during our stay and we were unable to adjust (weather was okay so we really didn’t need to make changes), living room tv is difficult to operate and the instructions were of very little help
 there is no number keypad on the remote and we had to call the office for help, no blanket for bed. It was chilly at night and a blanket would have been appreciated. We had to provide a couple of throws we had in our car.

Perfect location in the building and in Panama City!

Overall we really enjoyed this property! It was an amazing location- close to so many things but also RIGHT on the water. We decided this was the perfect floor to stay on because you still feel like you are right at the beach, not looking down at it. Plus, it’s right off the elevator! There were a couple things missing in the kitchen we would have liked, but we made do. We did not have much hot water at all, but we know if we had called it probably could have gotten fixed- we were just there for such a short time that we didn’t want to waste timing getting maintenance figured out. We would definitely go back.

Best family resort

We love Splash resort. Perfect for kids. The condo was nice and as described. We had everything we needed. There are toys and chairs in the closet that you can use. This was perfect for our 3 year old. Check in and out was super easy. The balcony door is hard to lock and the dryer wouldn’t work. Overall a very pleasant stay.

terrible.. common areas were filthy room not very clean shower had mold in corners/rug not vacuumed 
elevator situation horrible not enough elevators to accommodate that many condos made it difficult to leave / too much trouble to park and return waited 35/ 40 minutes on each end of trip to get an elevator that could accommodate our cart desk person giving out parking passes/ bracelets takes a break during checking time who does that?
