Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
This condo is in desperate need of cleaning inside and out. Moldy shower curtain, dust all over the ceiling fan and chains. Bird excrement on the outside cushions and Cigeratte holes also. The door jams leading outside are black with dirt. The outside GFI plug is burnt and unusable. 4 days in we found the bedroom remote on the refrigerator. The curtain in the living room was off a few hooks and had quite a bit of dirt buildup on it. The sheets for the pullout didn’t include a comforter, just the thin bed sheets. The loveseat has a leg broken. The chair beside the TV stand has two broken front legs. One elevator wasn’t working at check in on Saturday so we had to carry out things up the stairwell. The line waiting for the useable one was lined up to the walkway. They said this was a HOA issue not associated with the condo. We did call them and send pics, they did respond and offered a dinner for our troubles, we declined. These issues were beyond noticeable and fixable well before we arrived. We did not want someone in the room working on things that are very obvious as they did offer. The issues weren’t deal killers just quite a bit of money spent for a lot of issues that are plainly obvious as soon as you enter the condo.
