Family getaway

This condo was perfect for us, tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked. Our favorite features were the large deck with plenty of seating options and the location. There are no other large condos located directly beside this building, so the beach was not terribly crowded.

The property was great and the condo was clean and well kept. If I had a complaint, it would only be loading and unloading the car from the assigned parking space. If you do stay here, I would suggest loading and unloading in the garage before finding your parking space. Other than that, everything was great and this was only a very minor inconvenience.

The condo is well appointed, close to lots of places to eat, and is centrally located on the Emerald Coast. Parking was convenient and safe. Everyone was friendly. The beach service was so nice to have, and we found the beach toys we needed for a float on the waves. The washer and dryer were great to have, too. We'll be back again.

Loved celebrating my 44th birthday weekend in your condo. We come to PCB several times a year and I have to say not only is renting from Gretas the best, this condo 1605 is truly the best! This condo is has the most items to make your stay feel like you have everything and more. Love that you keep so many of the items you need to enjoy the beach. This is a great savings so you won’t have to buy play items and chairs, umbrellas, etc. at the stores. Not to mention how beautiful your unit is decorated. It’s very relaxing condo with the perfect beautiful view of the Gulf. Our family will definitely stay in your unit again soon. Dinner at Runaway Island and breakfast at Barefoot beach is highly recommended for all.

Reviewer Comments: We love all of the units we’ve stayed in with Greta’s Beach Rentals—and while this unit was nice, there were a few updates that could be made to make this unit more enjoyable: smart TV’s in ALL rooms, updated pots and pans (these were pretty terrible), actual blackout curtains in the master, and a good scrubbing of the head rest area of the two rocking recliners in the living room (pretty dingy looking). This was not our original pick for units—we were moved before our stay due to an issue with our planned unit. We love booking with Greta’s and appreciate their customer service, but I do think the owners of this unit could provide some small upgrades to make this unit perfection. As always, beach was beautiful, elevators were fast, and balcony was wonderful. We would be willing to stay in this unit again in the future if these updates are noted. And I will add the unit was VERY clean—no issues there! Overall, positive experience with just a few cons (most likely not deal breakers for others).
