Majestic Beach resort est idéalement situé sur la cÎte du Golfe de Panama City Beach. Notre luxueux 1. 5 chambres, 2 unité de bain est situé au 16Úme étage, avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette unité se compose de deux chambres; un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, chambre à deux lits superposés. Le salon a un 42 "écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD et canapé-lit queen avec un 6" matelas de ressort intérieur. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision avec un total de 3 télévisions permettent tous de profiter du confort de la maison. Vous serez logés avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous vos ustensiles de cuisine et des besoins de service. It's fine. The property feels like it is someone's investment where the bare minimum is being done to keep it rentable. One highlight was Lily, she was a good communicator and responded quickly to our questions.

Perfect for a small famliy

This condo is perfect for a small family! Lots of room in the kitchen! The view is awesome. The only thing is the elevator is a little annoying to wait for but that has nothing to do with this cute condo:)

Property was a mess

We arrived on check in time and was amazed at the destruction of the Master bath and bedroom. We was informed 3 minutes before check in that the Master bath had been damaged. They had to move us to another room for the 1st day and said that it would be ready the next. The next day the worker was there all day and it still was not finished. We had to kick him out at 10:30 the 2nd night. I would say the 1st 2 days was limbo for us. We had only 1 bath, paid for 2. We had 3 towels for the whole property. Our manager will say that she offered to fix the bathroom. I said after 2 days and for what we seen was fixed. We had enough. There were 2 skillets and they both were in terrible shape. This condo was terrible. All the property manager had to say that she had to pay out of her pocket for the room that we had on the 1st day. I let her know that we had paid a lot of money on this trip. We waited, saved and were happy to go on this trip until we seen the room. The only reason we even stayed was that we were 800 miles away from home. My daughter was crying, my wife was crying, grandkids were disapointed. I know nothing is going to happen, I know we won't get any money back for the bad experience we had but I wanted everyone to know. I would like to add pictures. How do I do that?

Absolutely perfect!

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time! The home was very clean with a spacious common area. The bunk area was perfect for our young kids. The location is top notch with beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and various pools to enjoy. The condo also offers many family activities, including movies in their theatre and movies/music at the pool. The on-site bar and grill was convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Celebration of Life for Aunt Betty

This particular condo is small but very quaint. Which was perfect for me, my sister and 3 cousins who where there to spend time on the beach and time with each other while we celebrated the life of our dear aunt who passed away a few years ago. The condo was halfway to the County Pier and Pineapple Willy's. We will definitely try to revisit this place!

Where do I start: found 2 roaches, bed bugs, ripped drapes, urine soiled matress. fish smell

About our stay. Found 2 roaches. Deck furniture was is disrepair. Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid for 6 nights. Home owner said she was sorry and the furniture she ordered was on back order. New items came but were very very cheap. Only 4 chairs were replaced. The table was kept but was also is sorry shape. The maintenance ladies said they have been trying to get the homeowner to replace it for 6 months. Not at all representative with the pictures on your website. I believe the home owner was lying when she said she had some on back order. The door know was broken in the bunk hallway bathroom. You didn’t know until you went in and closed the door. Homeowner said I was responsible and held money out of my deposit fee. She said that she cleaned the place the night before and didn’t notice it. I thought the place was supposed to be professionally cleaned? Come to find out in talking to the cleaning ladies they cleaned it the night before trying to get the fish smell out of the condo. Does the home owner live in Panama City, her phone number says Miami??. I would check in to that. I believe she is lying. We 100 percent did not break the lock. Fish smell... there was a strong fish smell in our place for 4 days. Awful!! The bathroom sink did not drain properly when in use . The master bathroom had rotted baseboards and some kind of masking tape style moulding to try and cover up the rotted baseboard. There was half inch caulk lines everywhere in both bathrooms. Awful and old. We found lice/bed bugs in the king size bed . Awful!! We requested new sheets but homeowner told us to wash the sheets. In doing so, we found a urine soiled mattress . Never sleep on that bed again . Awful! The WiFi internet was extremely slow. The drapes were ripped at the bottom. The couch that was there was a different couch than in the pictures . It was dingy, dirty, and old feeling. The furniture was very cheap and many items had been repaired by an amateur. The ladder on the bunk beds was broken and not secured at the bottom. My child didn’t want to climb on it. Once again awful. She rarely slept in them. All the bed spreads were old and dingy feeling. Basically nasty.At first it seemed clean but that was just because the carpet is family new I assume . Overall , we are extremely disappointed and feel as if we were ripped off.

Overall the condo was as advertised. Was disappointed to find several candy wrappers, empty sticky popsicle wrappers under the bunkbeds. Yuck! When my grandson went to sleep in the lower bunk, found gum stuck to the bottom of the upper bunk! Ugh! Wished there would have been an empty cabinet to put our Consumables and food in.

We fell in love with this condo on our first trip to PCB 5 yrs ago and were so happy that we were able to stay in it again this year with Lily. The condo is stocked with all the things you will need, minus food. The condo is comfy and feels like home. My favorite area was the balcony. The view cannot be beat! There is no better way to start the morning than watching the dolphins and rays swim by as the sun rises behind the building. Sunsets are even more magical, as you can watch the sun dip into the ocean for a nightly swim. Majestic Towers has many amenities. The pools and hot tubs are fun ways to relax when you want to take a break from the beach.
