Good but busy

The actual condo was very nice, clean, and had great amenities. The location was nice being close to the beach and near pineapple willys. however the area was incredibly busy and the beach was always packed. During checkin and check out it is nearly impossible to get an elevator since there are not enough for the amount of people and how large the complex is. on check in we waited 30 minutes and many were waiting longer. You will have to split up groups so not the best for families with littles. Parking is very easy. Lots of amenities on site and pools. The air conditioning could work better we think it only blows air into the living room. The door to the master bedroom onto the deck does not lock which made us slightly nervous.

Not terrible, but not the best. First the good: the view from the balcony is wonderful, the condo had everything to prepare meals, had plenty of bathroom towels (could use another kitchen towel) beds were fine. Now the needs improvement: the bedrooms are hot (they need ceiling fans, made sleeping difficult), the lighting in the bathrooms are horrible, we had two lamps without bulbs, the condo was only surface cleaned. We would not stay here again, mainly because of being hot at night.

We loved the location, beach access, and view but the condo was just not cleaned throughly. Looked like a surface clean. We found multiple things that should’ve been cleaned up from previous bookings laying out in plain sight. The second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced asap. Lighting is not great either. Dishes were very dirty had to rewash them all before using.

nice place for teens/young adults

My friends and I enjoyed staying here. The only problems we really had were the cleanliness of the room and the slow elevators. The carpet in our room definitely needed to be deep cleaned, and we had to wash our comforters as well. Other than that the place was great and it was a nice location, pineapple willy’s as well as walmart and shops were all in walking distance. I would stay here again

Nice view of the gulf and sun on the deck all afternoon. Beds we’re comfortable but had spring popping issues. Carpets were worn and original. Price was great for out 60 day winter stay

THE CONDO NEEDS TWO BED MATTRESSES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE,BUT THE 2 BEDROOMS MATTRESSES WAS LUMP,SPRINGY, WHEN YOU SIT ON THE MATTRESSES IT GOES DOWN VERY FAR TO THE FOUNDATION. PLEASE REPLACE THEM.

Nice condo horrible location

The location is horrible along with the elevators at the property. Police presence was known all over the place. Beach closed early because of the crime around the location. The condo itself was very nice.

Terrible Location

Property was not cleaned when we got in at 3 PM. They came by and supposedly cleaned but still not very well. Mgmt company refunded $150 which was helpful. Toilet in master bath continually ran but they did come and fix it. Elevators at this property are always full, slow and no A/C so incredibly hot when you did get on. Too much traffic in the area so going anywhere was a challenge. The condo did not have enough pans for cooking, no pot holders, only one dish towel/cloth, limited plates, glasses. Needs a dish drainer, measuring cups, cutting board. A/C worked great as well as the internet and TVs were nice. Would not stay there again, though, nor visit PCB again either. Just too crowded at least at that time.

Really loud at nights, right beside the street with lots of road noise, didnt sleep well. Also, elevator access, is abhorrent. Wasted so much time walking to and from the elevators and at the elevators, definitely wouldn't stay past the 2nd floor, ever again

We have stayed at laketown wharf resort 3 times and this was our 1st bad experience!

Ladder on bunk bed was broken took 3 days to have it fixed. Master bedroom bed was completely broken, took 3 days to have fixed. They literally had to replace the box springs and the mattress. The WiFi wasn’t working the entire week so we couldn’t watch movies or anything. The other bedroom tv would not work because of a missing cord a previous renter had stolen. That was fixed until the day before our last day at the condo. Sheets on the pull out sofa weren’t clean had to change them and wash them. Looked like old cheese all over the sheet. Housekeeping was suppose to bring us another sheet but we never seen her. All of the things that had to be fixed were a huge inconvenience because we had to stop our vacation to wait on all of the different people throughout the week to come fix all of it. I was told we will be getting an email from I trip about our the problems and inconveniences we had.

Overall good

The property was overall good. Great view of ocean. The master bed definitely needs updated, there is a huge dip in it but other side was ok. The only issue we had was no WiFi/cable the entire stay. We contacted the person and they did respond back with they would call and find out and then I sent 2 other emails after following up on it and still never heard back. My husband needed to do some work on his laptop so that made it difficult and also could not watch tv which with children was also difficult. Overall the space of the condo was great.

Unit in Great Condiiton & Location

The property location was wonderful. Almost resort-like setting but it was a massive condo complex building. The owners need to capitalize on the wonderful restaurants located on the first floor (taco restaurant, steak restaurant, ice cream shop) and should show a picture of the property from a distance. Owners of all the restaurants below were WONDERFUL and ACCOMMODATING. Also across the street too. Such a selling point with an additional restaurant on the beach. Wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. We have been using VRBO for 10+ years and the one drawback to this property was that it was not abundantly stocked in the kitchen, not abundantly stocked with linens. We have grown to expect that with our VRBO selections. Also, the mattress in the master ABSOLUTELY needs to be replaced. Like sleeping in a sync hole. We had what we needed but seemed more sparse than most VRBO units. The unit was in great condition.
