We were notified almost an hour before check in time that they werenât able to check us in at our normal 4pm check in time due to a âmiss communicationâ with house cleansing, but was soon made aware that it was due to the other people who stayed there checked out late. We were NEVER notified that evening when we could check in, after they stated they would and around 7pm that night decided to take into our own action as we traveled 12hrs. Sent an email, then received a reply the following day they would compensate us due to the miscommunication and not able to enjoy our condo the first day. Never received any update on that compensation. We finally stocked our fridge and then 24hrs later the fridge broke and we lost a lot of our food and drinks, had to buy more coolers and ice to save some of the food. Didnât receive a fridge until 24hrs and once again stated they would
Compensate us with no communication of that.
The place is beautiful, I will give them that, but as a property owner ourselves very disappointed in the communication and no follow up of the issues that we had here. Never received information on the compensation they promised.
