Lovely House

We had a lovely stay at this home with our three children under the age of 10. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The pictures of the house were completely on point. All the bedding was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My children enjoyed the pool. The bikes were nice to ride to the pool or fishing. I would not recommend having the kids ride bikes to the beach bc interstate 98 is fairly busy. Inlet beach was less crowded than other beaches. We did go down to the State Park, but it was a bit of a hike to get to the actual beach. I wouldn't recommend if it is very hot! Although it was beautiful. Lots of shells! The beach chairs were a nice bonus. There were a few beach toys for the kids. We enjoyed the beautiful firepit. The little town of Rosemary was cute. We loved eating at Cowgirl. Everything was delicious. We went to Shades and my kids loved the french fries. I would recommend skipping the restaurant The Bay, the seafood wasn't prepared well. The food trucks at Seaside were delicious!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in Inlet Beach, the home was beautiful and just as shown on the listing. The area was super nice, not hectic and crazy. Access to the beach was quick and simple as was access to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We loved our time and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others without hesitation.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and check in was very easy. The landscaping and flowers were beautiful. Property has been well taken care of. The house was large enough to easily accommodate our group of 6 adults. Especially enjoyed the bicycles. Beach access requires you to cross a fairly busy road but is close enough for a bike ride but would be a moderate walk on a hot day.

Great location

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was in a great location to access Inlet Beach which was really the only public beach. We loved biking thru 30A. Loved the cleanliness of the beaches and the people were so nice! The property manager was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely bring your own cleaning supplies and all paper products. We had a great week here. House is close to shops and restaurants, and even the supermarket so we could get supplies to make sandwiches, etc. We will definitely return to this property if we get the chance. Excellent!

Great fall break!

We love staying in this neighborhood for fall break. This is one of the nicest hoes we have stayed in. It is loaded with everything you need to cook or grill if you wish. It is a great location. The furniture is very nice. Super large TV's for everyone. This home was very clean and plenty of linens. Great washer and dryer also!

Beautiful house and wonderful host

The house is perfect and convenient to everything. Beach access is only a five-minute drive and parking is plentiful. House looks like brand new, very clean and well decorated. Eric the host always responded within minutes. Our car had a dead battery on the last day of the stay and he immediately came over with his truck to give us a jump start. Definitely recommend staying here for your 30A experience!!

End of Summer Vacation

Renting this house for the long weekend was the right choice, and will do it again in 2022! My family and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The house is very nice and very comfortable. The community pool is top notch. If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer beach towels but that’s what the gift shops are for lol.

The property is beautiful, high end, very comfortable, brand new, very well equipped. The beach is near enough to go walking with light weight, on bicycle or car, there is free parking, with fresh water and bathrooms, really good beach, same emerald coast as Destin but less people

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with basic home items and beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and the community pool is very nice. We have rented in many places in Inlet beach and the surrounding area and we will definitely stay here again. The beach is just across hwy 98 and was convenient. We had a great trip!

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a house in a not-so-crowded area with close access to beach and a pool. We received de bikes or drove and parked close to the beach. It would be a long walk if you were carrying chairs/beach bag. But we never had a problem parking. And it was an easy ride on the bikes. The house was great. We had 5 adults and a 17 year old. Plenty of space. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. Loved having 4 bikes and beach chairs. Be aware, when they say starter pack of supplies they mean it. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One dish towel, one small hotel style soap in each bathroom. Definitely will need to bring or purchase more of those items for a week’s stay. Bring your own spices. There was salt and pepper and Creole seasoning but that was it. We loved the decorations. Couch/chairs were comfortable as were the beds. We would definitely come back again.

We loved it so much we came back and the sequel did not disappoint! Everything as usual was immaculate, the neighbors and weather all were accommodating, and we made great memories once again. This house is fantastic! A must stay for a family wanting a quite getaway!

The house is extremely nice! It is next to one of the very few dune lakes in the world! The fishing off of the dock with shrimp was amazing! The stars at night from the dock are not found in the city. The pool is huge and a very short walk or bike ride from the house. We found our own favorite spot on the lake next to camp Helen state park. You don’t have the crowds that you expect at other locations. The kitchen of the house has everything you need for the week. Shades has great wings and ask for baby G as your waitress because she is incredible! The master bathroom and spare bathroom are plenty big for getting ready for a night out on the town and the TVs the house has are smart and big! We will be back without a doubt. Thanks for making this a great trip!

Even More Beautiful in Person

This is the perfect vacation home! The house is beautiful and sparkling clean with a modern coastal feel. The neighborhood is gorgeous and within biking distance of all of the great hotspots including the beach, Rosemary Beach and gorgeous Alys Beach. We absolutely loved our stay at this home and made so many great family memories together!
