Lillie was by far the most amazing host we have ever had at a rental property! Her communication and willingness to ensure we had a great stay was second to none! The property was beautifully decorated, clean and new! She had so many details of a vacation stay thought out before we ever arrived. From spare batteries, band-aides, labels on light switches to everything we could have needed for a day on the beach. She even had a pup cover on the couch for our fur baby! Anytime we are in PCB we will be staying here!!

This was my third time staying here. It’s simply my favorite place in Bid-a-Wee. The house is always meticulously maintained. The property owner is always sweet and easy to reach. I shall be back to my little peace of paradise next summer.

Hidden Gem in PCB

This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend. It was VERY well stocked with everything we needed. The beach gear was a great bonus. Immaculately clean & walking distance to beach, breakfast and dinner. Would 10/10 recommend & will stay again in the future.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The owner was very sweet and thought of everything and I mean EVERYTHING a renter could want or need. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful house!

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Just a short walk to the beach and in a great location near restaurants, fun, and shopping. Lillie was great to communicate with and made the checkin so easy. Will definitely book here again.

Beautiful Place

We loved our stay. Very well remodeled and Lilli thought of everything you would need. Beach chairs and cart are very thoughtful and handy. Bid-a-wee beach is our favorite place to stay. Cant wait to return. We will be return renters!

Amazing for a long weekend!

This property was absolutely perfect for me and there girl friends to stay in for a long weekend trip. The beach is super close, the house has every possible thing you could ever need (including things like stain remover which proved to be helpful) and all of the extra touches to make the vacation easy. The host was extremely helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

A home away from home

Very nice, clean, newer appliances and TV. We had everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed like a bodyboard, beach chairs and a cart to cart everything to the beach. The host seems very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. It made us feel very cared for. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Super clean and cozy

My husband, 16 year old son, our fur baby and I stayed during spring break! The Flip Flop Inn was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance that were pet friendly. Lillie was great to work with very responsive when I couldn’t find the entry instructions in my email. We highly recommend this home away from home!

Lilli was absolutely wonderful to rent from! She kept me informed and updated ahead of check in and when gate codes changed, etc. The place was clean and gorgeous as described. Lilli shared her little slice of paradise with us! Lilli had supplies such as trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc already there, which previous rentals did not. That was wonderful! I absolutely recommend renting from Lilli!

Softball World Series/family vacation

This house was perfect for us. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. Lillie thought of every detail, and even had some extra items available that you don’t see in every vacation home. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and also close to lots of shopping and great places to eat. Lillie was a wonderful host. She made lots of great restaurant and activity recommendations, and made herself available for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach.

Baseball family

We came for the grandslam world series and this was a perfect location between the two parks! Its located within walking distance of many food places and even a cute ice cream shop we walked to one night. On our time off between games we were able to go to the beach and its just a quick walk across to the private entrance. This place is very well stocked as well and even has a beach wagon and accessories. My son loved the outside shower too lol! Lillie was very easy to get a hold of and responded almost immediately to any questions. Overall we had a wonderful time at her place!

Perfect getaway

Good location. Close to the beach. This place provides everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels. A wagon to haul your stuff. The house is well equiped, having esentials that you often have to run and get. She even had popcorn, a few cans of food, a little coffee to get you started, shampoo, and cream rinse!! She was helpful and always responsive. I would definitely book with her again. 5 stars all the way!

Property was impressively clean and very nice.The walk to the beach was only a few minutes.You can walk to alot of stores and things to do.There were more than enough towels and washcloths for 4(and 3 females) lol..The chairs by the firepit were very enjoyable but bring your own wood as it was expensive everywhere we went.We will be back later in the summer.

Great Vacation. Can't wait to go back!!!

This property was perfect! Me and my friends rented it for my bachelorette party. It's within walking distance to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to Pier Park. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. The bunk beds are fulls/queens so they comfortably sleep 4 people and the king bed could easily sleep three people. The furnishes were great. You can tell everything is new and updated. Great kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The owner provides most everything you need. We did end up running out of paper goods but only because we had so many people staying there. It was nothing a quick target run couldn't fix. The house has anything you might need, an outdoor shower, beach chairs, lawn games, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, beach towels, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu, shampoo, conditioner, make-up remover wipes and so much more. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely book again.
